@@TeemoQuintonand the injury proneness of Ricochet? yeah nah, noone remembers alot of matches, but always remember promos and segments, i love ring work as much as the next, but being mid in the ring is fine but bad on the mic means u cant make people believe you
Aaron and Brandon’s reactions to Brent saying “you know I’ll be making money because of my mouth” is priceless. Not WWE related I predict the Celtics will blow 3-0 against the Mavs
Thats true though, nothing locks you in more than a good promo. I still remember when i was watching raw, phone out doing something. Edge was cutting the promo of his life and just the slow put down of the phone as the promo got heated. Good matches are great, but a good promo is worth more weight.
I would choose mid wrestler but great promo. Look at LA knight, he isnt the best wrestler but definitely isnt the worst but he got over with the crowd for his promo ability.
Mid in the ring fantastic on the mic is what sells. Mid on the mic fantastic in the ring doesn’t age. Even looking at Harley Race, Terry Funk, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, still holds up
@@Bubbleandherducky Not at all, the opposite. Now if you’re implying that Bret and HBK sells, then no, they were the high points when the company was at its lowest
the fact LA Knight bring old style wrestling doesn't necessarily make him an mid in ring preformer, in fact I think it's makes him stand out, and he make his finisher looks way less goofier than it looked before.
AJ styles, Ricochet, Gunther, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Ilja Dragunov, Wes Lee, Kurt Angle, Chad Gable, Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels just to name a few
There aren't any exceptional wrestlers when it comes to their in ring work? You know what, bravo. I thought I had heard *every* wrestling hot take in the universe, but you've just given me one I've never seen. *No one* is the history of wrestling is amazing in the ring. Wow.
Case and point The Miz, 2 time grand slam champion, 2 time mr money in the bank, multi time IC and tag team champion, first and only man in WWE history to hold 3 different titles at one time, first and only man to win money in the bank while being a champion, and it’s only because he’s one of the best talkers in the business
great in the ring bad on the stick, because there's a loop haing a manager like Heyman or Corney could make me a star or be in a faction or a tag team with someone like Hunter or Joe Gacy and use their experience to make me better.
Guys that are mid in ring but gold on the mic= The Miz & La Knight. Guys like that could be the face of a company. But ring masters that aren’t so great on the mic= Lance Storm, Ricochet, Will Ospreay. Those guys are lucky if they have successful mid card careers
John Cena's a much better in ring wrestler than Ricochet. Ricochet is far smoother and Cena is clunky when it comes to moves, but Cena knows how to *work* and Ricochet does not, and all the high flying in the world isn't gonna get anybody to care about his matches.
Fantastic wrestler with bad mic skills. They'd give you a manager who would do all the talking for you and over time you would learn how to cut a decent promo an if not the mouthpiece manager is amazing
Now? I would *much* rather be a fantastic worker and have bad mic skills, than be mid in the ring and fantastic on the mic, because they don't push you if you have mic skills anymore. Do you want to be LA Knight? I don't. They're never gonna give him the world title. The days of the talker in wrestling are over. All they care about now is work, work, work. Sadly, because the talker days were the good days.
This is just LA Knight or Ricochet 💀
Honestly, he ain’t wrong.
Hear him out
LA KNIGHT, YEAH!
FR
There’s reasons why guys like Cesaro And Dean Malenko never won world championships while guys like SID vicious and ultimate warrior did
Pause, Brent! 😂
My dude sounds hella confident 😂
Basically would you rather be ricochet or La knight yeah
Definitely Ricochet. I'll take immortality of working over the potential of it for talkin

I bet they won't
Mavs are winning at least one it’s NOT gonna be a sweep, I still got Boston tho
@@Kennethb333 they're not winning one
Eyyo Brent, i dont even know if that's PG 😂😂
Brent is going have that on the Reddit
“ MVP, can you come back to WWE? I need a mouthpiece”
That’s diabolical 😂😂
Lmfaoooooooooooooo Brent is fucking crazy
Straight to the Reddit😭😭
WOW BRENT CALM DOWN😂
At least Brents honest 🤣
Brent moved to Netflix a bit too early with that one 😭💀 pause Brent pause
AYO BRENT 😂😂😂
If you have bad promo skills you can just get someone like a Paul Heyman of an MVP type person that’ll do the talking for you
No diddy Brent 😂
This needed to be a short. Thank you!
I would be great with bad promo skills. I can get the manager until I get better on the mic.

Everyone watching this video said PAUSE after that 😂
I’d rather be good in the ring because managers exist for a reason
LA Knight or Apollo Crews
I told you these guys are an absolute VYBE
LA Knight or Claudio Castagnoli
brent wildin wtf...
I would choose mid wrestler but great promo. Look at LA knight, he isnt the best wrestler but definitely isnt the worst but he got over with the crowd for his promo ability.
Yeah, he got over and he can't get PUSHED, while all these bland "workers" are becoming world champions.
Be great in the ring and get a Paul Heyman
Mid in the ring fantastic on the mic is what sells. Mid on the mic fantastic in the ring doesn’t age. Even looking at Harley Race, Terry Funk, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, still holds up

Pauseeee, Brent
Ricochet vs the rock basically
I've seen Brent cut promos. I mean... He's great at promos!
basically "Would you rather be LA knight or Brock Lesnar"
More like LA Knight or headband Bobby Lashley
I would go fantastic in the ring cuz then I can be on the main roster with good moves and good selling cuz I’ll be horrible when it comes to selling
Nice fit bde
I could just become a paul Heyman guy if I have bad mic skills
There isn't really any truly exceptional wrestlers when it comes to their in ring work. I choose the promo all day, erry day, DIXON CIDER.
AJ styles, Ricochet, Gunther, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Ilja Dragunov, Wes Lee, Kurt Angle, Chad Gable, Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels just to name a few

2nd option

Brent cut awesome promos! He has great promo skills!
Definitely the mid wrestler good promo skills cos the reaction you'd get from the fans would be unreal
