You've made an error when adding the bends. Your 2D drawing clearly shows an overall length of 120mm, measured from the outsides of the flanges. You've drawn a rectangle with length 120mm and when you then added a bend, you've left the Bend Type parameter as "Material outside." This will add to the 120mm length. If you measure the part you designed, you'll see the length is actually 144mm: 120 + 2*6 (material thickness) + 2*6 (radius value). When you created the two bends, you should have changed the parameter Bend Type to "Material inside" and that would have maintained the overall outside length at 120mm.
Yes @jrussellmercer, you’re right - I noticed that too. And one more little thing: the two legs should be different heights. One side is 60mm long, but the other rounded side should be 70mm high. It's a bit lost due to the relatively poor 2D sketch/section plane - but in the bottom right image it's visible and predictable. But despite the small inaccuracies here and in previous videos, I really like this video series and learned a lot from it. Keep it up Mechnexus 👍
讲的很好,学到很多技巧。 以前从来没见过。感谢老师。
Very nice end to end tutorial! Thank you!
Thx for making. ✌️👍

My pleasure!
Thank you. Very clear.
Glad it was helpful!
Very useful...!!!
