I have to say, nothing comes close to their "Super Articulation" - not even Roland with their supposed Supernatural Tones. The violin, the sax, the harmonica...just simply amazing. If I was a millionaire, I would probably buy a T4 just as a toy to jam on.
@titonetw Maybe you are right. But is it really possible to compare a fulll workstation (T4) with a Motif? T4 has advantages absolutely in ACMP-programming and Motif advantages in workflow for producing - in my opinion! So you have to decice, what is your favorite. Both of them are outstanding good maschines, aren' they?
@wixly124 Well, in December the pricing was in EUR 4.167 in Germany. The package-price XXL included T4 Workstation, Keyboard-stand and loudspeakers. I think pricing is restricted and still valid. The "naked" keyboard costs EUR 3.679 here. You should get actual prices and traders with searchengines for price-listings. Good luck!
@HienotKaverit have a look at what pros use in any band mate and you wont find many of them using the tyros, they are home keyboards, no offence they are still good but not ideal.
You cannot compare them. Tyros is for live-accompaniment on stage for examples at partys while MOTIF is for studio or pre-programmed tracks on stage

@HienotKaverit each to there own, I personally think accompaniments are cheesy and would prefer earning a little less dosh.
