- Finally the long version of one of my favorite dessert!
This blueberry cheesecake in disguise is composed with a fresh blueberry compote, a marbling of cheesecake mousse and blueberry pastry cream, with a gluten free oat recomposed streusel.

This guy not only focused on outward appearance. But he also put so much work in the taste that it must be phenomenal. More than half of work shown in this video is for filling rather than the outside art
That’s right, so when the client receives the dessert, they’ll get a second and third surprise (by inner decoration and taste)

That's why this guy is my favourite hyper realistic cake maker. His cakes aren't the most hyper realistic on youtube (I don't think that's what he's going for anyways, more for creativity I suspect) but of all the hyper realistic cakes on youtube, his are the ones I want to eat the most 🤤

I wouldn't be able to. I can dig some pretty sweet treats but stuff like this is way too decadent. Makes me gag just watching.

No way! I remember when I was younger, I would always talk about wanting to make candies/treats like this, when I was older...I had an idea for the earth, too..basically every planet. This is like exactly what I had in mind. It may not have been me who created this, but it's really cool to see my vision come to life via yours and your creativity. If I were to have tried this, it wouldn't have turned out anywhere near as good as this, though. Mine would be basically the "wish" version of this. You are truly a master of your craft.
You have the mindset of a true artist then . U are unique .
This means you will be creative no matter whatever you do 🤓👍👍
If you'll not become a chef who makes these , you'll still become some other cool guy at another job 👍👍💎💎

I'd say "perfection" captures it nicely. They say nothing in the world is perfect but if it were, this is the closest anyone has ever come.

I can imagine this guy going home and wanting to just eat the most basic meals like mac and cheese in a microwave or something cause he'd be exhausted from a day of high end dessert making and eating like.... He has to create a masterpiece by the hour, he's magnificent, this man.
Successful people are usually extremely disciplined and take great care of themselves. He probably eats very healthy, I can’t imagine him resorting to junk food.

@@dr.bendover-mdSome ‘successful’ chefs will be worked to their bone unless they can retire. And many successful people will still occasionally eat junk food as a treat. Especially if it’s a childhood favorite.
@@dr.bendover-mdsuccessful people still sometimes want a break from their job lol. Many do occasionally eat junk, act lazy when they want and even eat out at fast food restaurants (oh god the HORROR!). They cook simple, low effort meals if needed to.
When my dad was working as a chef at a well known London hotel, he would have a ready meal for dinner or whatever my mum cooked and porridge with jam for breakfast if he had time or a pastry.
When he wasn't working, he didn't mind cooking. His go-to Sunday dinner was jerk roasted chicken and potatoes with rice and peas, brown sugar glazed carrots, and tinned sweetcorn cooked in the chicken juices. Sounds complicated but he was always in and out the kitchen in less than 30minutes, maybe even 20.

I was trying to imagine a cake like this today.. I'm not kidding. I tried to explain to my brother how I would make a dessert similar to this, based on inspiration I've found through your channel and in that moment, but I was not able to fathom this masterful creation. Surely, only after many years of true dedication and commitment to the craft could anyone create such a thing.

My favorite planet, my favorite pastry chef. Amaury makes it look so effortless, but there's a lot of creativity and years of experience in every detail. I'm a fan of his craft and a I have a sweet tooth, no chocolate is safe near me. (Well, white chocolate can feel safer)

The finished masterpiece even looked like what the inside of a planet would look like if you sliced into it, with the jam being the molten lava core! Freaking awesome! And I bet it tasted amazing! 💙 🪐
