Probably it only works if she takes the spear at full HP

The strategy work on Normal mode but keep losing in hardmode I don't know if it just me but enemy has more hp the usual

Nah, she need to be in Patriot route and will get killed by Patriot so Amiya Caster form is the only solution if you want to use Amiya
