Reading these comments is like watching a tennis match. It keeps going back and forth. Religion, just like politics, is a topic of never ending debate. Both sides make good points... both sides think themselves to be the right answer..... Here's the thing: No-one on this Earth has all the answers. Not a single human being can provide concrete evidence that their way of life is THE WAY. Everyone holds their religion close to heart and believes through faith alone. Everybody has to realize that we are all equal. If you sit and judge someone because of their faith and place yourself above them, you are not living humbly. We are to love one another as ourselves. As He has loved us, we are to love one another. The last commandment. We have to stop and think, would your God sentence a man to damnation that was pure of heart simply because he has never known Jesus? Even today in our world of technology and knowledge available to most in the palm of your hand there are some people who will live a long full life and never have the honor of knowing our Lord and Saviour. My God doesn't discriminate. He love one and all. He even tells us that Lucifer may walk this realm, yet his home is in Heaven. That's a God full of love and forgiveness.

So by that logic, every other being in the universe that doesn't reside on our planet, has to come here or somehow learn about OUR Jesus, for them to be saved - seems far too impractical for the universe to function that way. And energetically, it just makes sense to love one another, because since even scientifically, we are all from the same source, call that source god, consciousness, or whatever, we're all interconnected, and therefore what we do to each other, positive/negative, it always comes back at you, as if it was yourself. With in the human condition and all its egos in this world, yes, it's easier said then done.

I used to be very angry at Jesus. I was an abused child who prayed to Jesus for help (the way I was taught to) but Jesus never helped me, So I stopped praying to him. Then, I had a lucid dream where Jesus came to me. He was a light. He telepathically spoke to me and he said, “I never meant for you to pray to me. I left my word for you to follow me. We will be as one body” So I realized that praying to Jesus all those years did nothing bc I had to raise my frequency/energy/mind-set/heart to the ways of Christ in order to see the kingdom of heaven. I can only talk from my personal experience but, yes for me it was hidden. deeply i had to stop eating animal products pumped full of mind altering drugs, stop smoking and eating all bad food only drank water, the different in mind is indescribable. when I then got pushed down into a rut again (currently working to get out of it, started smoking and eating more processed food my mind started to fade again from what it was during the "good time". I felt these teachings help you to not get led astray when you have the real darkness manipulating you from him. "once you have a relationship" this is more of a guide what to do until you get that relationship, so you don't get consumed by your own "failures", "personal shortcomings" or anything really that weighs your heart down and keeps you from experiencing the full connection with G As i started with this is my opinion from my own experience take it as you wish.

That’s a quote from gospel of Thomas, which is not in the Bible/New Testament. Not saying it couldn’t possibly be a quote from Jesus, but it’s not in our Bibles. However if it was a quote of Jesus the only thing that I could think of what that means is that the “Kingdom of God” is of course made up of its members of people, in other words, it’s “subjects” and “citizens, and of the Spirit of God that flows through them and lives with them. So basically Christians all over the world ARE the Kingdom, UNTIL Jesus comes back and actually sets up a real physical Kingdom/Government structure here in the world, and specifically Israel, with his followers as both its citizens and governors/judges.

I agree. There are only lessons (knowledge) to be gained in this life. Since your genes stay here, it is a hope that your gleened knowledge can be at least passed down so your genes may better adapt to changing environment and propogate. At rudimentary levels we exist to survive and push our genes forward. If we have life after seat, we can hope the knowledge provides some on going use. This doctrine and those who taught it could not be permitted to survive. Today the Church continues to be used to suppress anyone who might even look or research to find their own verifiable truth. It’s all an illusion. Religion doesn’t offer anything. Jesus Himself was constantly rebuking Religious Leaders. What truly sets you free is a relationship with God through His Son Jesus. Only then you can be born again and receive the Holy Spirit. Once the Spirit of God resides in you, then you can easily discern what comes from God. The Bible will come alive and actually make sense and speak to your heart as you seek Him and grow. It’s a supernatural book that requires a supernatural interpreter for human minds to comprehend. The good news (Gospel) is extremely simple and easy to understand and receive. Then, after that first step you receive God’s Spirit. Then you can understand and grow and understand everything else. If we try to understand everything before surrendering to Christ we will never understand or receive this wonderful gift... it is the old saying of putting the cart in front of the bull... it doesn’t go anywhere. What’s the Gospel? Simple. 1-God created a perfect universe and created mankind to rule over it. 2-Mankind disobeyed God and lost their rule over the Earth to the deceiver who took over the authority to rule (Satan still rules this world and even Jesus called him the Prince of this World. Also, remember that he offered all the kingdoms of this World to Jesus if only He would kneel before him in the desert. If it wasn’t his, then Satan couldn’t have offered it to Jesus.) 3-Because of the disobedience (also called sin) mankind was removed from the Garden and lost access to the Tree of Life which caused them to become fallen creatures that age, get sick, and eventually die. 4-God had mercy on mankind and promised to send a Savior to overcome Satan, pay the price for our sins, and regain the authority that mankind lost. 5-Jesus Christ is that man-God (also known as the Messiah) who was born with Mary’s DNA (man part) and God’s own perfect DNA (God part). That is why Mary was still a virgin. The Holy Spirit placed the second half of the DNA code inside her supernaturally. 6-Jesus lived a perfect life and never sinned and therefore was innocent. Yet He was crucified and killed (an ancient common custom and knowledge was that hanging a man on a tree was condemning that person to hell). 7-Jesus spent 3 days dead in hell where many speculate that He preached the Gospel to the keepers of the law from the Old Covenant (Old Testament) and then God the Father raised Him from the dead giving Him back the authority that mankind lost as well as dominion over death. 8-Because He paid the price of dying though He was blameless He can now use that credit to pay the price for the sins of anyone who receives Him as their Savior. 9-Just need to repent (change direction) and believe that He did what He said He did and that you need and want Him to pay the price for your sins. If you sincerely do this, the Spirit of God will abide in you and everything will change. Don’t try to change yourself... come as you are. Only three things are required: faith (means you believe and trust that Jesus did what He said He did and that He’ll do what He said He’ll do), humility (means you submit to the Word of God even if you don’t fully understand it yet), and confess (tell God you know you’ve broken His laws and that you believe Jesus came and paid the price for your mistakes and that you need Him as your Savior and will make Him your Lord... use your own words if you wish). Sorry Sir but "the secret" is not a Christian book. It doesn't acknowledge God at all and rather suggests that the power lies within you and that you should manifest materialistic things. "the Gospels of Thomas" indeed remind me a lot of the teachings from "a course in miracles". You are supposed to ask Jesus for the direction and for decisions. He knows whats best for you and what would only hurt you. You are not your own creator! True the kingdom lies within you but you still have to do God's will to find it. Its an awakening process of this dream, that we call "living on earth".

Jesus wouldn’t recognize 95% of what is called Christianity today. The RCC has led the world astray. Christianity, and ALL religion is about a “religious” experience of oneness with all. It is called “entering the kingdom of heaven” in the Bible, and “enlightenment” in eastern religion. It is an egoless experience. It is the brass ring of human life.
Who was he speaking to? His disciples, people who BELIEVED that he was the Son of God and had made Him their Lord and teacher, believing every Word out of His mouth as the very words of God - which they were. He is saying that He and the Father are One, and THOSE WHO BELIEVE are in Christ. If you do not repent (turn from sin and the lordship of your own life) and believe that Christ is who He said He was, you are not in Christ, you are not under God's grace, but still under God's Law. In those who believe the Holy Spirit of God come to dwell, and those who were dead in their trespasses come to eternal life in Christ Jesus by way of supernatural regeneration.

The Gospel of Thomas is not in the Bible because it's not a true gospel. kind of like the Gospel of Judas how that's not a true gospel either, it's a forgery and a fake being used by gnosticism trying to trick people about the Lord Jesus Christ. The Gospel of Thomas is a Coptic manuscript discovered in 1945 at Nag Hammadi in Egypt. This manuscript contains 114 sayings attributed to Jesus. Some of these sayings resemble sayings found in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Other sayings were unknown until their discovery or even run counter to what is written in the four Gospels. One December day in 1945, far up the Nile Valley, two Egyptian peasants were looking for a local variety of crumbly nitrate rock used as fertilizer. They came across a large jar, about a meter tall, hidden by a boulder. Inside they found a collection of ancient leather-bound books or codices. The spot where the books were found is within a few miles of the site of an early monastery, established by the founder of Christian "cenobitic" monasticism in Egypt, Pachomius. Nag Hammadi, a nearby village, has given this remarkable collection its name. The Nag Hammadi Library consists of fifty-two texts or "tractates" written in Coptic on papyrus and gathered in thirteen volumes, twelve of which have separate leather bindings. If the author of this documentary had true revelation, he'd know that praying inside the name of Christ has nothing to do with emotions, but the Spirit. Gnostic teachings (just like many religious teachings) deals with power from the soul (mind, heart, imagination, man's will), but true faith in Christ reveals the power from the Spirit of God in the believer, void of emotions or thoughts & according to the will of God.

They are not trying to fulfill the scriptures, they are trying to have them all put together again so we can see what they said. God didn’t throw some out. The Catholic Church did. They decided what was acceptable and what was not at the orders of the king. Hence, King James Version . It was political. It was easier to rule people who were all singing out of the same hymn book, so to speak. There were also references to reincarnation but, that was taken out too because it is easier to control people who don’t think they have a second or third chance.

It's why Jesus himself spoke in parables. It was to separate those who seek to understand the underlying truths of the symbols from those who don't. Each receive their reward accordingly. The pragmatists of the world demand evidence to support truth. Those with faith look as fools to them. It is as if we are all digging wells to be filled with spiritual truth. What we gain only goes as deep as we dig in our seeking. Pragmatists only see the value in dirt. Their holes remain filled with dirt because they never really dig. When the spirit pours itself out upon the world, they have no wells that retain it.

I grew interest in the Gospel of Thomas after watching the movie " STIGMATA" and I won't deny the fact that the reason it hasn't been incorporated in the Bible , is because it will destroy the church and the priest system , and the church and priests will be in loss. As in Gospel of Thomas it's clearly cited that "The kingdom is inside of you and it's only after realising that it's in us who are the sons of the living father" and "The kingdom of father is spread upon the earth and men do not see it"( This clearly highlights that it is the nature and the beautiful world that God has created for us and we do not see it even though it's in front of us ) It is clearly says that the kingdom of father is not in churches or in buildings made of stones but it's everywhere and most importantly within uss. And that is the reason the Church will never except this Gospel. Because it says the truth and the church system makes people stupid, that if you do this , you will have that , if you make this much donation to the church you will be at peace . No Jesus never asked for it , he himself lived a very plain life when he was alive , he himself was Wanderer, but these church system and priests are running a system using the faith of people as there most strongest weapon. I am not a Christian , but this system is prevelant everywhere , in earlier times not everyone knew sanskrit , only the priests did and to remain in power and to use the faith of people towards God as a weapon , they interpreted those texts in the way they wanted to and ultimately led to the construction of Temples where these priests will be highly respected and they continue to remain in that position , and people will make high donations in the name of God to the temple. God never asked for it. Being the son of God Jesus knew what God wants from us. And Gospel of Thomas clearly highlights that. You're misinterpreting the Gospel of Thomas. The main reasons why the Roman Catholic Church dismissed gnostics work such as the Gospel of Thomas, The Book of Enoch etc, is that they reveal that that the power of the holy spirit and God is within you and it's everywhere around you. Now the Roman Catholic Church wouldn't be in existence if they let these writings in because it would threaten their state of power. They want the road to Salvation to go through the church but these teachings teach us that the actual Church of Jesus Christ is us, that's why these writings were left out of the Bible. It's dangerous to believe that we can be carnal and divine at the same time. This is more of a Luciferian concept because we're not supposed to be our own God. Also in this video you have pictures of paganistic God's, not including boot up because he was an actual man, not divine and also gods of other religion who weren't Devine and you're linking them to Jesus Christ. The Ten Commandments starts right off saying... Thou shalt not worship any Gods before me. Yes some of the Gods depicted in the video besides paganistic ones express love and live life with peace and to speak from the heart and yes you should pray from the heart. Jesus talks about the heart with the sin of adultery. At the great white Throne judgment Jesus judges from the heart. People always ask what's the meaning of life and it's to get closer to God. We don't have a divine nature in us but we do have access to the Holy Spirit and Heaven if we walk in the road of salvation with God's grace, this road only goes through Jesus Christ and no one else. God says in the first testament we should not practice in any necromancery, witchcraft or entertain familiar spirits because it's dangerous. This is because you open the gateway to the evil side. Don't get me wrong, those forces are out there that you talk about but the forces that Jesus is talking about only reflect the Holy Spirit of Lord. They're not there for you to become rich or two become famous. They're there for love, charity and forgiveness.

Verse 1, It was some time in 2011 I came to understand this meaning, once learning of quantum mechanics I realised that I will not experience death from I am neither alive or dead. You're right we walk by faith not by sight, anyone following Jesus would know this. God said the hearts of men are continuously wicked, so following your heart is a good way to be fooled by satan. Since my Grandpa loves my Grandma very much and thought it was true, he thought of killing himself. Now at the time, the Word of God preached by missionaries was still new to the people (I think it was somewhere in the 1930s or furtherback), but my Grandparents ( who both descend from families practicing witch-craft) really loves God. Then one night, as they were sleeping, they felt a cold presence and heard a voice speaking in their native language saying to my Grandpa that the rumours are not true and said something about they will have plenty children, bringing blessings (which my grandparents then concieved 5 children: 2 girls and 3 boys). She was walking with my grandma through the bush to their garden when she suddenly heard people singing. She told my Grandma but Grandma said she didnt hear anything. And another incident happens to my Granpa, whom was of young age. He was presumed to be dead after suffering some type of illness???( still not sure I need to ask Grandma and mom again) anyways, he was thought to be dead and people were crying and were about to bury him. But then they saw his toe moving and quickly hide everything for the funeral as in the culture, it is a taboo for someone to see their own funeral as theyll die for real (not sure about that). So days after waking up (fyi, he couldnt walk for a while) he told what he saw when he was presumed dead. He said he was floating (I think he was in Spirit) and could see his "dead" body and the people crying. In the next scene, he was then in a valley of beautiful flowers (something beautiful hed never seen before) and right in front was a big gate with a man in front (I think it was either Peter, Moses or Elijah)(side note: I still need to hear the full story from my mom). The man told my young grandpa that his time is not yet and send him back. One of the things I have taken from this is maybe one reason why some Christians are not able experience the presence/signs/supernaturals of God in their lives (like my Grandparents and mom and all the Chracters in the Bible) is bcoz we are brought up in an age where we are taught to think materialistic, so our faith (like mine) are not as powerful as the ones who werent taught in such a way and are fully commited to God, putting him first in their lives. Exactly! That's the same logic I see in regards to this. And to add, I do believe that there are LOADS(understatement) of other intelligent life out there, maybe even more advanced than we are here on earth, so it makes more sense that it's more of a "way to be", than "who you know", when it comes to so called salvation. Christians often say "only through Jesus, to know him, can you be saved"... So by that logic, every other being in the universe that doesn't reside on our planet, has to come here or somehow learn about OUR Jesus, for them to be saved - seems far too impractical for the universe to function that way.
And energetically, it just makes sense to love one another, because since even scientifically, we are all from the same source, call that source god, consciousness, or whatever, we're all interconnected, and therefore what we do to each other, positive/negative, it always comes back at you, as if it was yourself. With in the human condition and all its egos in this world, yes, it's easier said then done.

I used to be very angry at Jesus. I was an abused child who prayed to Jesus for help (the way I was taught to) but Jesus never helped me, So I stopped praying to him.
Then, I had a lucid dream where Jesus came to me. He was a light. He telepathically spoke to me and he said,

I can hardly believe where the Holy Spirit leads me, like understanding chakras, frequency, astral travel (being born again-birthing the spirit body), reading signs & omens....amazing! JUST now figuring out I created my reality. My mind is dispositioned to see something good as evil. Adam & Eve never saw nudity as evil until the fruit made them view the natural world as evil. I can only talk from my personal experience but, yes for me it was hidden. deeply i had to stop eating animal products pumped full of mind altering drugs, stop smoking and eating all bad food only drank water, the different in mind is indescribable.
when I then got pushed down into a rut again (currently working to get out of it, started smoking and eating more processed food my mind started to fade again from what it was during the "good time".

That’s a quote from gospel of Thomas, which is not in the Bible/New Testament. Not saying it couldn’t possibly be a quote from Jesus, but it’s not in our Bibles.
However if it was a quote of Jesus the only thing that I could think of what that means is that the “Kingdom of God” is of course made up of its members of people, in other words, it’s “subjects” and “citizens, and of the Spirit of God that flows through them and lives with them. So basically Christians all over the world ARE the Kingdom, UNTIL Jesus comes back and actually sets up a real physical Kingdom/Government structure here in the world, and specifically Israel, with his followers as both its citizens and governors/judges.
The saying is based on the theory of animism, a belief that accepts the axiom that Matter and spirit are not separate,..therefore everything that exists is conscious to a certain extent.

It's true that we have the power to change the world by studying the Bible.As a devoted Christian for 24 years I witnessed many people's lives change when I studied the bible with them even myself was totally change.I can feel the Holy Spirit within me every time a person responding to His words.Though I can't see it but I can feel it.There's no hard heart when they read the Bible it has the divine power that no other books ever done.I John "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was God...And the Word became flesh and dwell among us."-Jesus Word is alive because He is the Word itself.That's why we will have eternal life if we follow Jesus' teaching.Not the false prophet teaching which are spreading around us which lead us to eternal death.Jesus is the way,the truth and the life no one can ever be save except through His name only.Sad to say a lot of people can't accept and denied it.They want to follow false God.It's our choice if we will accept Him or not.We have the freedom to choose in this lifetime.Hope it's not too late to many people out there.

Since your genes stay here, it is a hope that your gleened knowledge can be at least passed down so your genes may better adapt to changing environment and propogate. At rudimentary levels we exist to survive and push our genes forward. If we have life after seat, we can hope the knowledge provides some on going use. This doctrine and those who taught it could not be permitted to survive. Today the Church continues to be used to suppress anyone who might even look or research to find their own verifiable truth. Seeking truth on your own, without the guidence of the sanctioned experts (for a small monthly fee), will immediately cast you as a new ager, a heretic, shunned by all the in crowd (this is in reality not just irrational fear, but effectively a death sentence). That is why Mary was still a virgin. The Holy Spirit placed the second half of the DNA code inside her supernaturally. 6-Jesus lived a perfect life and never sinned and therefore was innocent. Yet He was crucified and killed (an ancient common custom and knowledge was that hanging a man on a tree was condemning that person to hell). 7-Jesus spent 3 days dead in hell where many speculate that He preached the Gospel to the keepers of the law from the Old Covenant (Old Testament) and then God the Father raised Him from the dead giving Him back the authority that mankind lost as well as dominion over death. 8-Because He paid the price of dying though He was blameless He can now use that credit to pay the price for the sins of anyone who receives Him as their Savior. 9-Just need to repent (change direction) and believe that He did what He said He did and that you need and want Him to pay the price for your sins. If you sincerely do this, the Spirit of God will abide in you and everything will change. Don’t try to change yourself... come as you are. Only three things are required: faith (means you believe and trust that Jesus did what He said He did and that He’ll do what He said He’ll do), humility (means you submit to the Word of God even if you don’t fully understand it yet), and confess (tell God you know you’ve broken His laws and that you believe Jesus came and paid the price for your mistakes and that you need Him as your Savior and will make Him your Lord... use your own words if you wish). The Gospel of Thomas is a Coptic manuscript discovered in 1945 at Nag Hammadi in Egypt. This manuscript contains 114 sayings attributed to Jesus. Some of these sayings resemble sayings found in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Other sayings were unknown until their discovery or even run counter to what is written in the four Gospels.
One December day in 1945, far up the Nile Valley, two Egyptian peasants were looking for a local variety of crumbly nitrate rock used as fertilizer. They came across a large jar, about a meter tall, hidden by a boulder. Inside they found a collection of ancient leather-bound books or codices. The spot where the books were found is within a few miles of the site of an early monastery, established by the founder of Christian "cenobitic" monasticism in Egypt, Pachomius. Nag Hammadi, a nearby village, has given this remarkable collection its name.
The Nag Hammadi Library consists of fifty-two texts or "tractates" written in Coptic on papyrus and gathered in thirteen volumes, twelve of which have separate leather bindings. Forty of the texts had previously been unknown to modern scholars. Most of the writings are of a Gnostic character. Scraps of paper found in the binding of eight codices bear dates indicating that the books were made in the mid-fourth century, and at least one of these clearly appears to have come from a monastery. Efforts to date the books more precisely continue. In general, it can be said the collection dates from about the middle of the fourth century. The Coptic texts could be many years earlier, and the originals (probably written in Greek or Aramaic) from which the Coptic translations were made could have been still earlier.

The Gospel of Thomas fails all of these tests. The Gospel of Thomas was not written by Jesus’ disciple Thomas. The early Christian leaders universally recognized the Gospel of Thomas as a forgery. The Gospel of Thomas was rejected by the vast majority of early Christians. The Gospel of Thomas contains many teachings that are in contradiction to the biblical Gospels and the rest of the New Testament. The Gospel of Thomas does not bear the marks of a work of inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Are there any other arguments that preclude the Gospel of Thomas from being included in the Bible? If we examine the 114 sayings in this writing, then we find some that are similar to existing sayings, some that are slightly different, but the majority cannot be found anywhere in the entirety of Scripture itself. Scripture must always confirm itself, and the majority of sayings in the Gospel of Thomas cannot be confirmed anywhere else in Scripture.
One argument for precluding the Gospel of Thomas from the Bible is found in the overt "secretness" attributed to these 114 sayings by the work itself. Nowhere in Scripture is God’s Word given “in secret" but is given for all to read and understand. The Gospel of Thomas very clearly tries to maintain an air of secrecy in its words.
The Gospel of Thomas is a Gnostic gospel, espousing a Gnostic viewpoint of Christianity. The Gospel of Thomas is simply a heretical forgery, much the same as the Gospel of Judas, the Gospel of Mary, and the Gospel of Philip. Perhaps the disciple Thomas' nickname of "doubting Thomas" is appropriate here. We should all be doubting the Gospel of Thomas!.

They are not trying to fulfill the scriptures, they are trying to have them all put together again so we can see what they said. God didn’t throw some out. The Catholic Church did. They decided what was acceptable and what was not at the orders of the king. Hence, King James Version . It was political. It was easier to rule people who were all singing out of the same hymn book, so to speak. There were also references to reincarnation but, that was taken out too because it is easier to control people who don’t think they have a second or third chance.

Read every line as a metaphor and you shall see the light.
A metaphor is not to be taken literally in any applicable way. And can be understood in many different ways. Are you saying I decide on an individual level what these passages mean? Then the true god must be ourselves. We are all that we have.
Yup. Even the canonized bible is packed full of metaphors. As are all mythologies. Calling the scriptures mythologies is not a put down. They are simply images used to explain the way reality is. It's why Jesus himself spoke in parables. It was to separate those who seek to understand the underlying truths of the symbols from those who don't. Each receive their reward accordingly. The pragmatists of the world demand evidence to support truth. Those with faith look as fools to them.
It is as if we are all digging wells to be filled with spiritual truth. What we gain only goes as deep as we dig in our seeking. Pragmatists only see the value in dirt. Their holes remain filled with dirt because they never really dig. When the spirit pours itself out upon the world, they have no wells that retain it.

Some things that I believe (but this is MY personal interpretation, don't trust me) the metsphors can refer to.
House = body
Life = the souls existence
Not experience death = has come to the conclusion that existence continues after the body dies, therefore lives without fear of losing the body
The living father = The eternal source of all creation (not any jealous demanding human made up god)
Drink from my mouth = those who comprehend the truth behind Jesus words (fountainhead is often used as the source of truth pouring out, Jesus is/was one such source. Another source is within as God is within all. Go deep ;))
But hey, as I said, don't trust what another man (on the internet) says, use your personal interpretation. Seek and seek until you find ;)

I grew interest in the Gospel of Thomas after watching the movie " STIGMATA" and I won't deny the fact that the reason it hasn't been incorporated in the Bible , is because it will destroy the church and the priest system , and the church and priests will be in loss. As in Gospel of Thomas it's clearly cited that "The kingdom is inside of you and it's only after realising that it's in us who are the sons of the living father" and "The kingdom of father is spread upon the earth and men do not see it"( This clearly highlights that it is the nature and the beautiful world that God has created for us and we do not see it even though it's in front of us ) It is clearly says that the kingdom of father is not in churches or in buildings made of stones but it's everywhere and most importantly within uss. And that is the reason the Church will never except this Gospel. Because it says the truth and the church system makes people stupid, that if you do this , you will have that , if you make this much donation to the church you will be at peace . No Jesus never asked for it , he himself lived a very plain life when he was alive , he himself was Wanderer, but these church system and priests are running a system using the faith of people as there most strongest weapon.
I am not a Christian , but this system is prevelant everywhere , in earlier times not everyone knew sanskrit , only the priests did and to remain in power and to use the faith of people towards God as a weapon , they interpreted those texts in the way they wanted to and ultimately led to the construction of Temples where these priests will be highly respected and they continue to remain in that position , and people will make high donations in the name of God to the temple.

The early Church fathers fought these doctrines hard during the first and second century. Gnostic texts were declared heretical while there were still people who knew the people who walked with Jesus.
Gospel of thomas has Gnostic elements but is missing some. Ie...demiurge.

I'm am getting my faith love back for lord being around negative people all your life evil don't help to grow close to the lord.Since I let all that go some family and friends 2 yrs ago my love faith for lord growing stronger and realer. The people involved removing, deleting, adding and deleting the text of the modern bible didn't want us to find our true self, our God self as Jesus was preaching during his time alive on this planet. You're misinterpreting the Gospel of Thomas. The main reasons why the Roman Catholic Church dismissed gnostics work such as the Gospel of Thomas, The Book of Enoch etc, is that they reveal that that the power of the holy spirit and God is within you and it's everywhere around you. Now the Roman Catholic Church wouldn't be in existence if they let these writings in because it would threaten their state of power. They want the road to Salvation to go through the church but these teachings teach us that the actual Church of Jesus Christ is us, that's why these writings were left out of the Bible. It's dangerous to believe that we can be carnal and divine at the same time. This is more of a Luciferian concept because we're not supposed to be our own God. Also in this video you have pictures of paganistic God's, not including boot up because he was an actual man, not divine and also gods of other religion who weren't Devine and you're linking them to Jesus Christ. The Ten Commandments starts right off saying... Thou shalt not worship any Gods before me. Yes some of the Gods depicted in the video besides paganistic ones express love and live life with peace and to speak from the heart and yes you should pray from the heart. Jesus talks about the heart with the sin of adultery. At the great white Throne judgment Jesus judges from the heart. People always ask what's the meaning of life and it's to get closer to God. We don't have a divine nature in us but we do have access to the Holy Spirit and Heaven if we walk in the road of salvation with God's grace, this road only goes through Jesus Christ and no one else. God says in the first testament we should not practice in any necromancery, witchcraft or entertain familiar spirits because it's dangerous. This is because you open the gateway to the evil side. Don't get me wrong, those forces are out there that you talk about but the forces that Jesus is talking about only reflect the Holy Spirit of Lord. They're not there for you to become rich or two become famous. They're there for love, charity and forgiveness.

For what I went through in my life that no matter how much I begged people to do what's right or we lose our house and everything but no one would listen or help it seemed bit what I learned was that I wouldn't ever want someone to hurt like I did so now I help when I can not as much as I'd like to see helped but I realized that there are people in places that feel stuck like I did and I have to get me in order to help others get going so it don't help me to be pittiful and selfish drinking or whatever selfish in my sorrow so I said oh Jesus is real and I'm not a victim anymore so every day I drug myself along speaking God's promises instead of this worlds evil and worries and sorrows I remember when I was little and nothing affeded me I did know to hold grudges so now I go on thinking about who I can help we can't see who God wants us to help if we are so down the way is to realize your not a victim unless you say you are label yourself what God says one day at a time every thaught .

I'd say most religions appeal to emotion for before they appeal to anything else. But appealing to faith is the most illogical stance one can take. It isn't noble, it's accepting ignorance with arrogance.

Yeah this is seems to be all part of the new ageism thing. I met several witch doctors over seas who use the pineal gland for remote viewing. It's very popular in the dark arts. Well there's a chance that the reason why this was never put in the bible is because it contradicts the rest of the bible which means the writer could've been a false phropet with the same name.

@@jocelynflowers brother if you are confused, I just wanna say simply put trust in God and Jesus. I am always sure of this despite whatever is being left out of the Bible bcoz of the multiple experiences my Grandparents and mom had with God when they were in the islands before I was born.
@@jocelynflowers God appeared to my Grandparents when rumours have been going around the village saying my Grandma ) is sleeping with other men ( not true btw). Since my Grandpa loves my Grandma very much and thought it was true, he thought of killing himself. Now at the time, the Word of God preached by missionaries was still new to the people (I think it was somewhere in the 1930s or furtherback), but my Grandparents ( who both descend from families practicing witch-craft) really loves God. Then one night, as they were sleeping, they felt a cold presence and heard a voice speaking in their native language saying to my Grandpa that the rumours are not true and said something about they will have plenty children, bringing blessings (which my grandparents then concieved 5 children: 2 girls and 3 boys). My grandparents in the next day told the local pastor about what had happened, whom was surpirsed and told them that God has appeared before them ( but I think it was an Angel of God).
Another situation like this happened to my mom, who was around 7 yrs old i think (I need to ask her again). She was walking with my grandma through the bush to their garden when she suddenly heard people singing. She told my Grandma but Grandma said she didnt hear anything.
And another incident happens to my Granpa, whom was of young age. He was presumed to be dead after suffering some type of illness???( still not sure I need to ask Grandma and mom again) anyways, he was thought to be dead and people were crying and were about to bury him. But then they saw his toe moving and quickly hide everything for the funeral as in the culture, it is a taboo for someone to see their own funeral as theyll die for real (not sure about that). So days after waking up (fyi, he couldnt walk for a while) he told what he saw when he was presumed dead. He said he was floating (I think he was in Spirit) and could see his "dead" body and the people crying. In the next scene, he was then in a valley of beautiful flowers (something beautiful hed never seen before) and right in front was a big gate with a man in front (I think it was either Peter, Moses or Elijah)(side note: I still need to hear the full story from my mom). The man told my young grandpa that his time is not yet and send him back.
One of the things I have taken from this is maybe one reason why some Christians are not able experience the presence/signs/supernaturals of God in their lives (like my Grandparents and mom and all the Chracters in the Bible) is bcoz we are brought up in an age where we are taught to think materialistic, so our faith (like mine) are not as powerful as the ones who werent taught in such a way and are fully commited to God, putting him first in their lives.
Though, its best not to put your trust in men but in God.

It's removed, because it advocates for finding God within yourself rather than blindly following church doctrines. Churches don't like that.
