(btw u dont need to do this ur beautiful just in case) dont touch ur face ur putting germs on ur face, wash face twice a day i suggest cervae foaming cleanser and lotion, avoid dairy and eat healthy, make sure haircare products dont touch ur face, wash ur pillow regualry and dont touch ur phone to ur cheek when calling (acne on cheeks is mostly from bacteria), exfoliate once a week but not harsh exfoliants, sunscreen (safe for acneskin sunscreen tho), coldwater/ice, wash face roller, avoid makeup all the time- those r some. acne on cheeks= bacteria. acne on forehead= stress, puberty or diet, chin/jawline= period. around mouth= diet. above lip= sweat? btw erika u r so pretty just wanted u to know u r my comfort i love youuu.
