Hello! I had a mistake in my father's name in my matriculation certificate - one alphabet was incorrect. I needed to get it corrected. I went to the Federal Board, attached brother's video documentation and submitted the request, explaining that I had come from far away and needed it urgently. They gave me a letter within 2 hours, which brother received 40 days later by post. Then, I went to the counter 5, filled out two forms, and submitted them. I showed them my original result, and within 20 minutes, they issued a new original result card and degree. So, it's a beneficial for you if you request them.

In the form, for the portion of SSC-I/SSC-II, Annual/Supplementary_____________ what do I tick? and which class's roll number do I write? since I need to correct the certifcate (sanad) + marksheet of 9 and 10. One form would be enough for these three documents right? I look forward to hearing from you.
WSalam. You should tick SSC-II Annual because the certificate and marksheet for Matric are for SSC-II (10th grade) and for FSC, it's HSSC-II (12th grade). So, select SSC-II Annual and use the roll number from part 2 (10th grade). Yes, one form is enough for all three documents. By the way, the 9th-grade marksheet isn’t usually considered important, but you can get it corrected if you want. Generally, only the 10th and 12th-grade documents are counted.
Another thing to note is that "Supplementary" applies if you took improvement exams or didn’t pass along with the regular annual exams. Hopefully, you took your exams regularly with the annual session.
I just checked my form and noticed that I hadn't ticked anything on it. You can also see this in the video at 8:11. It seems like by default they process the certificate and marksheet for 10th/12th. In countries like Germany, usually only the certificate is needed, and if they do ask for a marksheet, it's typically for 10th and 12th grades.

Please read instructions in this document. Also, maybe its 2500 as it is within 3 years but there is another clause which says FBISE mistakes shall be corrected free of charge within 1 year of issuance. school ki trf se kon konse documents lgany hogya jo udr a,b,cd,d options aa rhy han wosary ya sirf asal result card

Ssc aur Hssc dono ki federal board say post kiya ek hey sath milti hai postal adress par ya pehlay Scc ki post phir dubara say after 20 days hssc ki.

ssc mera 2016 ka hai from PISJ Saudi Arabia federal board ki exam abroad diya tha.

apne matric 2024 mein kya ha? agar 2024 mein keya ha to 0 fees ha within 1 year.
