Hi Hector! Great video! What do you think would cause automatic creation of sub accounts off my main checking account in COA in QBO? I’m not using the Banking feature, I am manually entering via bank register in COA.
Thank you for the response. I was able to merge the accounts and then was able to adjust the payroll settings and that took care of the issue. Now, off to reconciliation! Thanks Hector for all that you contribute to our industry! Truly awesome!
I've been a Quckbooks desktop user since it's inception. There was no need for your keyboard shortcut menu, since everything was easily found at the top of the screen. Why is it so difficult to navigate and find features in QBO? I notice there is a app to use with QBO that makes the screen look more like desktop software, similar idea to the bookmark report you created? I am not happy since I will probably have to migrate my clients to QBO since the desktop annual renewal subscription cost has more than doubled this year...and they say it will do the same next year! All the loyal customers for all the years on desktop basically get bumped from a software that was functional and did the job.
Nice video Hector! You missed one step in Vimium setup... Go to the bottom of the "Options" page and select "Show Advanced Options". When you get to that page got to the second option "Characters used for link hints" replace the letters with the numbers 123456789 (do not use zero) then all the links have numbers so you can use the number pad on your keyboard. As an aside note I figured out a workaround for "Sales Tax By Location" and the "Use Tax" documentation. I can show u if you like, just let me know how I can contact you!

If you click on a link by actually clicking down the scroll wheel, if your mouse has one, then that open's links in a new tab as well.

Intuit is all in on QBO. Yes i miss many of the Desktop’s quick functions
