This is an actual ex porsche motorsport GT1 development car the road!... only two were ever built in 1995 (993 headlights are a clear give away!) and both were in white! and exactly the same as the Porsche works versions they raced in Le Mans... super light-weight, straight cut gears, magnesium gearbox, magnesium wheels, a bespoke twin turbo flat-six race engine and rear engine layout (over rear axle's) and so on. The others sometimes seen are the 1997 homologation road cars (20 built) used a 996 front-end including the headlights and bolted to a GT1 space frame rear-end and a modified M96/80 road engine, mounted mid-engined (in front of rear axle's) road gearbox, and aluminium wheels, and alot heavier with air-con, a safety / crash additions and sound proofing etc... also came in different colours, but the real-deal Le Mans GT race cars only came in white.... also these full race spec versions of the GT1 would destroy the homologation versions in a race and on track.
I'm pretty sure there a more than 2. I know of this one, a yellow one, a black one, and i believe 2 silver ones. I think 5 were made but I may be remembering incorrectly.

This. This is the one. The 993 headlights make the GT1 look so perfect ❤
996 imo >>
@@samtonnude941993 looks more refined imo
La 996 aussi ça lui va à merveille mais la 996 straßenversion est encore plus rare un 1of et n'a pas été vendu car il est au musée porsche
10 million 💰
THAT'S the best-looking Porsche ever made possibly. ❤️
1996 headlights for me is better than 1993 one
Tu veux dire ceux de la 96 donc celle de 1998

Came here to say this. All of the street cars sold to the public directly were 996 headlight equipped..sadly.
Still a phenomenal car after all these years. Would like to see one lined up next to the latest GT3RS...
Pure perfection!!..
Those wheel arches and wheels don't line up at all, but it's a classic
Sick!
Loook at this beauty
Drunk Rwb mechanic side eyeing pretty hard
Que preciosidad de coche!!!
hottest 911 ever
It's time they make another gt1.
I loved driving this car. It helped me win all of the races in Project Gotham Racing 2.
helps me win races in the crew 2 😂
Extremely rare is an understatement. Those are also worth over 6 million USD now.
Pretty sure they made around 20 for homologation
But only 2 with this type of head ligts
Hope a new versión very soon . The enemy of the mercedes amg one)
Ultimate machinery ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂
That car is older than me but has done less miles than my legs
