The way to pronounce Edinburgh-er & Tatties is like Ed(as in the in mans name)-IN-burrow(as in dog burrows under the fence). So it would be Ed-in-burrow(er) & Tatties :D Edinburgh is capital of Scotland and a tremendously beautiful city!
