How did you make the plucking beat?
To all saying that the vocals were off: of course they would be, normally they aren't random SoundCloud vocals you find online. What you should judge is the beat which, if I'm being honest, wasn't perfect but it, if anything, was more complex than your average pop song. And all that is for pop -- when it comes to rap the beat is even easier to produce. In any case, he is making a very valid point; that is, pop music is easy to produce and the average person knows next to nothing about how simple it is to make it; and for that I think this video conveyed it's meaning perfectly.

If you make the beat on a vocal, you've to use the same chords... ^^
or at least the same scale. For an example track its ok, but alloverall its sounds not rly good. I would like the intro if there were'nt that vocals.
Yeah, that´s totally my mistake, but i wasn´t able to pitch the vocals at that time because i had to do it by ear and it was really difficult. That took way too much of my time so i just left it that way.

wow, you guys are condecending 😶 not every song is trash, just because it's dance music. not every song has to be meaningful and be listen to while sitting in a high backed chair sipping whiskey or to have your sweaty long hair whipped against the front and back of your black band t-shirt etc. music isn't only music, if it evokes emotions. it's ok if it just evokes a rhythm and need to move your body. dance, have fun, don't take everything so seriously, jeeze.
