As in the process of combustion Sun is taking the responsibility - Its like when you are called for the government duty all the other duties which you were doing that moment are terminated and all laws are bypassed as you are working for the king- Its like a Vehicle on highway with “On govt duty” poster so no other authority trouble them and let them move freely- Something similar is the case with planets which are in combustion as now they are working towards the higher goal which Sun is representing in the chart so the desire and duties of Atmakarak is now under the control of Sun - We will look these cases with examples such as a Nobel prize winner whose Atmakarka-Mercury was combusted had a child outside wedlock and being blamed for not taking care of child but at the same time he devoted his entire life in the field of medicine as you can clearly see how the combusted Atmakarka has been taken over by the Sun for the higher goal- If this Mercury would not had been combusted the person would have taken care of his child even when born out of wedlock.

Another combination I have observed , those having Mercury combusted and in rapt conjunction( difference between sun and mercury degree less than 3.5 degree) with sun makes extremely intelligent, talented , topper in studies. It's much better if it is retrograde. It works better in Aries,gemini,leo, Virgo.

I have got sat combusted in 9 th house. Sat is 9th lord. I applied for one post grad course in IIT. Everything was going well n applied for exam, did all assignments. Suddenly due to covid exam got postponed , then they gave options to give online proctored exam. Even after setting all these exam could not be held. They made special rules on marking (which was not there previously) and gave a "special" certificate based on assignments. It's written on certificate itself 😁.

Wow this is a brilliant technique. 10th Lord combust Mercury, this person is always assigned special duties by government, is very good at finding loopholes, very good orator and writing skills be it legal documents or a creative writing. I have Debilitated and retro mercury with mars, saturn combusted in 5th house. all these planets are with sun, combusted. Mars being lagna lord and atmakaraka(scorpio lagna) at (28.24 degrees) in pisces with saturn being amatyakaraka (28.10 degrees) in pisces only.
in navamsha, atmakaraka and amatyakaraka are in 8th house pisces with jupiter with sun in 5th house of sagitarius and mercury going in 7th house with ketu.
From the very childhood I had thoughts about vanishing into nothingness, had a difficult and lonely childhood. there is something I always feel is going to happen, some pain which I have to go through in the future.
Coming across astrology, I have now accepted that whatever I went through and will go through, are the results of my own actions of the past. this single piece of understanding helped me tremendously.

Father is having combust Mercury and Saturn. Intelligent, vast knowledge and love to read books. Good at finding loopholes and majorly did inspection work. Another important thing is he was shifted to such Branches (as Branch Manager) which were not working properly and he made it grow. He's a retired Bank Officer.
Mother- Combust Venus. My parents have same gotra (Atri) which is not preferable. And at the time of marriage, my maternal aunt (Mausi ji) adopted her to do Kanyadaan as my maternal grandmother was sick because of cancer. Unfortunately she passed away within a year just a month before my birth.
Myself having Ascendant lord Retrograde Jupiter in Ardra 4th house. I don't know how to decode it but it seems like things fall perfectly for me even though it were difficult.

Second lord & seventh lord venus is combusted and retrograde in 10th house along with sun and rahu. Left the home land when I was 25 years for higher studies. Since then I’ve been living abroad. I also completed a PhD. My husband has a second lord ( mars) debilitated in 10th house (Libra ascendent). We are both ok with the long distance relationship and he and I are both focused on careers.
Other people often comment on our relationship and ask how we can stay apart. But we are totally ok with that because we both are very career oriented. I always want to work, even when I am on a holiday I just need to do something or my peace of mind goes away.

Experience: During my training in Malaysia corona outbreak took place..
Me and my batchmates applied for Vande Bharat Mission flights.
Most of my them recieved slots and flight confirmation but I didn't, yet I was allowed to borad the same flight as my maternal uncle, who is a bureaucrat, happened to know someone in that department. Therefore I recieved special help and attention from Indian Embassy in Malaysia.
P.s. During my training in Malaysia I took the decision to dedicatedly prepare for upsc cse.

When you said there are no rules for these people, I started laughing as I am doing Masters now and recently I had to check copies of more than 200 students and even the last date for submission was over, I started correction after 2-3 days of last submission and still I didn't have to answer anyone why I am so late.
