Agree with your thoughts about Chiquita. Batter up is her Era she have good parts and a lot of memorable center moments there. But I started to feel YG hold her back during Sheesh to maybe give moments to other members too to shine. I always says it that in Babymonster any time of the day you can play with their roles and parts, like you can pick anyone of them who YG want to shine for this and that song and they can all deliver.
I think Rami and Ahyeong are definitely being pushed to the front. (Understandably as they are so good). I would love to see and hear more of the others, especially Rora. But at the same time it is hard to argue that anyone should get less time. Hopefully with more songs they will each be given opportunity to shine in their own way.

Well Ahyeon is back for ONE and I think Chiki will still shine, depends on the song. I think that YG is still figuring out the group and their various roles. One of the benefits of having a group with this much talent is that you can afford to mix it up from song to song - the seven different members with their unique talents can be (and should be) highlighted from one song to the next. Each member has earned the spotlight and can definitely deliver. That being said, I feel that Ahyeon, Rami, and Asa have started cementing their spots as "the central sound" of the group (like when you think of Twice's sound, you think of Nayeon and Jihyo, as they generally are given the most important parts of the song).
Asa had me with the low hair flip she did in her intro rap, still has me here with the low flip on her first part. soooo flowyyy. For Chiquita I think she shone real good in Sheesh, so they put emphasis on another member (Pharita in this case, who didnt impress the fans as much). I was so happy to see Pharita shine, as I felt that in sheesh, though she had prechorus, she kinda faded compared to others. I say its a rotation of focuses? Batter up felt hard Chiquita focus, Sheesh felt Hard Ahyeon and Rami focus, Like that is more Pharita visuals with Rami/Ahyeon focus and Stuck in the middle was a Rora a bit of Pharita focus
Disagree about Chikita, in Sheesh she had so much focused face time in the centre. I think it's nice that they're giving others more face time in different songs. Each member should get to shine at some point. If not vocally, then in choreo or MV. I'm glad Babymonster is also doing this.

Chiquita is actually being high-lighted, Ruka is the one who is being ignored like she can sing but they barely gave her any lines she got only 1 line and was 9.7 secs, rami got lot of the line that was just the chorus which ruka could've done but they ignored her, ALSO chiquita is not getting put to side cuz she is literally the center if u look and she got good amount of lines as well. edit: she also got a lot of screen time compared to all that ruka barely got any.
I think you're overthinking about YG holding back Chiquita cos it all has to do with the vibe of the song.... Even though it's fast paced but "Like that" is still R&B-HipHop type of song which suits RORA,RAMI & Pharita more, specially RORA & RAMI as we've seen multiple r&b performances from them and Ahyeon can slide in any song with her singing range. As we haven't seen anything r&b from Chiquita till now so I'm assuming it's not her style of singing?? She got to shine in Stuck in The Middle more cos that fits her style of singing and hopefully we'll see her even more in future as YG confirmed in their sheesh Documentory that Chiquita can also rap now so I'm hoping for more sub-unit activities from BaeMon in future as we've got 3 ACEs in the group now

In this song, the focus seems to be Pharita, who can give that strong arrogant type vibes with a swag due mainly to her modelling background. Chiquita has an awesome body posture and gets the focus for it. Also, the song give a strong sensual vibe from its rhythm and beats, yet the choreography and dress is age appropriate without sexualising it. Kudos to the YG team.
Pharita is so beautiful, sassy body and her voice suited for this song. YG knew it very well and let her be a center of 2 Posters and Teaser (included Exclusive Dance Performance also). Rora was also good and she should have the chance to get more time, it's really fair. Everyone must have the same chances.
Before I comment on what you said regarding Chiquita, I will tell you that my bias is #OT7. I think vocally, Chiquita is stable but she hasn't yet developed the range that the others (Rami, Ahyeon, Rora and Pharita) already have. I believe that is because she is still "finding her voice". She has great falsetto but lacks that power and range that the other 4 have. However, I believe she is the best, most natural dancer in the group, contrary to what others might think, and I mean no disrespect to the others in the group as they are also phenomenal dancers. So here, her falsetto and dancing are highlighted.

They are scary YG can do a lot of things for them. You can shuffle members switch roles and they all can deliver.
