Thank you very much for your talk Sergey. I'm just thinking about your trRosetta model able do De Novo design of proteins but unable to predict structures of already known proteins in the pdb. I feel like it might be because proteins in cells have other proteins like chaperones that may make proteins in the cell fold a certain way. However de novo designed proteins may not have chaperones
