You don't remove the sight glass to drain the oil. You remove the small 1/4" plug that is to the left of the sight glass. Once you initially drain the break in oil, you can install a 3" piece of 1/4" threaded pipe into the drain hole to extend it out. The put a 1/4" cap or valve on the end of the pipe. This will male it a lot easier and cleaner to drain the oil for future oil changes.
It came with that 15amp power cord? The compressor pulls 22 so it should be a 30amp circuit with 10gauge wire
