- A true taste of proper Liberian Culture in Voinjama, Lofa County during the 164th Independence Anniversary of Liberia. I felt completely restored being a part of this once more as Samuel Jacobs provides some background information for my friend and brother Matthew Green while he was recording.
Thank you for posting such a high quality video. I am so tired of those grainy blurry out of focus videos.
Thanks to everyone for the great comments, there are too many negative stories of Liberia out there (some true, some false), it is only fair enough that we balance the equation with the wealth of culture, history, art and resilience that is often overlooked for the negatives.

I'm happy that our tradditonal culture is coming back to normal. We have to be proud of our traddition no matter what!

where and how did racism come into comments here? i found this after an orphan video of children clapping games and wanted small a piece of history and culture from liberia only to find ignorance once again.....for those responsible you should be ashamed.....
