I prefer flipped rolls in real life because I personally don't love seaweed but it makes a good accent flavor. Flipping it gives a different flavor profile. It's also easier to bite into when the rice is on the outside (for small mouth people/children who can't shove a whole piece of sushi in their face like the rest of us gremlins)

Idk if this will help but I think when cutting the sushi you should make sure the tip of the blade shadow is aligned with the middle of the dotted line! I noticed when it wasn’t that the score would be lower. Like don’t focus on the thick part of the shadow matching up with the line as much, rather the thin tip of the blade shadow. If that makes sense?
The pokemon game you describe about halfway in sounds a lot like Pokefarm. Is that what you were thinking of? I love the grilled cheese and pasta papa games so I think you should do one of those ones after the sushi :)
im pretty sure some games (like cheeseria) are older so they don't have some features like stickers. they probably do in the to go versions since those are updated
