The acting sucks, but the scream and sobbing is actually disturbing.
It is most likely in the dark. So the person doesn't see anything and wants out.
Makes even more sense when you consider he is nearly out of the air in his lungs and from the pain can only get short gasps and moans out after emptying his lungs out with that magnificent scream

the entire scream literally isn't all his voice. Part of it is stock audio. Not only is a portion of it essentially artificial, but what little of it is actually there is forced and unnatural.
@@richardbudgell7507 In fact, it would've been better with more nuance, stuff like gasping, groaning, or other more "realistic" sounds (especially since in reality, a person would likely pass out from the shock or pain, so there wouldn't even be any sound), something other than peaking the audio with a ridiculous exaggerated screaming followed by forced sobbing.
