@Rezz300 I believe she was one of the patients. She was trapped in the room by the doctor and she dug her way out of the room with the spoon only to be caught by the doctor. The doctor had trapped her in there with the spoon so that she would tire herself out and wouldn't Stand a chance against him. Hope this helped.
