I want to build a steam engine to run a pick up truck
At first I thought I would try to "backwards engineer" one of the steam ers from a century ago
They used a "once through" type system. But as I learned more about steam.... I think they must have bought distilled water for them.
These lectures are great but I'm pretty sure mine will be much smaller
    Can you offer any suggestions?

What do we mean by a boiler working at a particular pressure lets say 100 bar, how does this pressure generates?

Sir, as per high pressure lecture explanation by you the velox boiler is a high pressure boiler but you show there is pressure only 3 bar only how

The 3 Bar pressure is the pressure of the air for combustion not the steam generated !!
If you think that pressure of air = pressure of steam , then the boilers won't work because then heating would be very less and back flow of water( in general sense ) would be very high.
