Excellent video Mike; I know there’s a lot of confusion about this topic and your video will help many to better understand scaled agile. Do you expect to see greater adoption of scaled agile in the future?
Thank you, Stuart. I can't see the future of SAFe, but I do predict (as we near the end of my 'All Project Management is Hybrid Project Management' year) that PMs will increasingly be reaching out for different toolsets to incorporate into our practice to make us more flexible (agile?) while corporate execs increasingly reach out for off-the-shelf magic solutions. This places SAFe and Disciplined Agile (ruclips.net/video/C_WW3u8Dy90/видео.html) front and center, because they both offer a big toolset (for pragmatic PMs) and a solid branding (for eager execs).
SAFe is scaleable. It is designed to be usable in small and large projects - and at enterprise level. This is different from the most widely-used agile framework, Scrum. Scrum does not scale well and is not often used in larger projects.
