I dont know if that tool is still there as it had been years that I had played Subnautica. But Im petty sure that you can make a terra modification tool, that you can use to free the stuck Seamoths
Far as I know, the devs removed the terra tool a while back. I think it just messed with the game a bit much, and gave the game more things it had to remember so they ended up nixing it.

The tool isnt a thing when the game officially launched. Which was like 5 years ago. The tool just ruined the game so they scrapped it

Comparing gollum to an early 2000’s game is insulting to game from the early 2000’s. I’ve played games in the early 2000’s that are better than gollum. It’s genuinely unfinished in every way. Everything looks, sounds, and controls like it’s a placeholder for an asset flip game you’d get for free on the PS Store.
