With the gain all the way up it almost sounds like a Lee Jackson Metaltronix. I love that! It's a really impressing pedal for the price and you, sir, did a magnificent review. Thanks!

Good job! These kinds of super fly-rig mfx pedals definitely do have their place. The stuff Richie Kotzen is using sounds amazing, though 99% of that comes from his fingers and playing in the first place. :)
This one, for the price, seems like a near no-brainer, just to have it kicking around whenever I'm in the mood to quickly dial up some Def Leppard maybe. ;)

Have you used this "live" (in a gig or rehearsal)?

Excellent demo. It amazes me how you can get four pedals for the price of one and get some eighties rock sounds.

I was watching an old video yesterday from 1987. It was about the electric guitar. They had a part with Andy Summers of The Police and he was demonstrating his rack. It was the size of a refrigerator freezer and didn't really sound any better than the Sonicake. lol How far this technology has come in 30 years!

I really try to like pedals, I really do. I even bought two guitar synthesizers, the Roland GR20 and GR55! I still don't think you can beat straight into an amp with a bit of reverb ;0)

Hi, I hope I can play guitar that way...anyway planning to buy this fx because of its simplicity, can you suggest this to me over the cheapo multi effects such as vox stomplab 2g,, awaiting for your reply.

Nice Fly Rig alternative on the cheap! You would be hard pressed to find anything this cheap that does this much that also will fit into a case or gig bag. I still love my Firehawk FX, but this would be nice (at the "impulse purchase" price) to have as an emergency backup plan. Cops a pretty good Randy Rhoades or early Zakk Wylde tone. I'm glad to hear no more Chinese guitars (fingers crossed that you're gonna use Creative Gear Solutions). God bless and rock on bro!

@4:30 you were hitting some pretty decent Afterburner era Billy Gibbons resembling sounds with it! Interested in this little pedal set, but the buzzing worries me a bit. I'm thinking it's cheap, easy and fun otherwise.

They should ditch the chorus and add a second overdrive. Then you would have rhythm crunch and solo drive. The delay sounds pretty good. I wish the reverb was warmer. It does sound like you have been practicing. Good, keep wood shedding. Then you will be able to make most pedals sound decent.cheers!

If you put the depth of the chorus all the way up and the speed all the way off it gives you a great lead boost

the only bad thing is the noise when you turn on the rock amp button.

    Enjoyed this review immensely.
Have you reviewed any HB T style or S style. If you have, I’ve not been able to find it. I’ve kind of been bitten by the black paisleys of each. Thinking of having them sent to me. Would you consider reviewing one or both? Thank you for your time.

can I add my Sonicake Shark distortion pedal and Morley classic wah to it ?

  • @BlaineLudeman

80s effects hide your mistakes .. that's why I like starting with a dry sound maybe with a little delay both because reverb AND delay at the same time is kinda like putting two of the same overdrive pedals on at the same time .. they're almost the same thing and you can get a delay pedal to sound like reverb or country slapback etc. it's a nice toy lol. what's with the last few minutes of this video? a lot of extra nothing after you finished the review .. so what was the thing that you said you were going to use this for?

Hi friend, a very nice review. I noticed the guys of gitaarnet.nl of it, Dutch guitar website. Btw, since 5 years, guitars from China are very much increased in quality. I think it would be a good idea to buy 5 pcs again and do new reviews. Anothet Btw..
Ever heard of ArtRock, NNG, Sunsmile, Gilmour? Try give attention! Good luck.

Check out the WISH app or website. There's so many products like this built in China for amazing prices. I've just ordered a Tuner, A Fuzz and an Auto Wah. All for around £13 each. I think you should keep the channel name, you've built it up over this time, doesn't mean you have to stick to China only content. I would seriously look at WISH, so much to look at and review some of the products from there. There are hundreds, you could have enough content to last a life time! Paul.
