A lot of people are worried about the effect of this treatment on your skin so here is more info from Rebecca (my technician)! 🤗🤗 “Dark Circle "Camouflage" underneath the eyes is a patented technology. I have used it for over 3 years now. I found a great number of people suffer from this problem under the eye area " Permanent Concealer" is a method We have developed which places pigment just under the first layer of skin and is not visible to the eye, however this corrective pigment which cannot be seen in the background shows through the vessels and thus the darkness under the eyes is not then apparent In addition, the procedure of placing pigmentation in areas under your eyes can have a lot of appeal as it also smoothes out fine wrinkles and smoothes the overall appearance of the surface of the skin. The effect of this treatment usually lasts 3 years or more the pigment is specially formulated in Germany, it is not pure titanium dioxide”
The problem with this and why is hasn’t taken off in most of the world is because when people tan be it naturally or not.... the white part under the eye will not tan. If a person uses Botox or anything to alter the shape of the face especially under the eye it can cause cross contamination & it’s not well known what else. Also as the skin under the eye ages, the under eye ages twice as fast. The third problem is the color ink, isn’t regulated in South Korea or China. Europe and the US have much harder regulations and rules for the ingredient list for permanent makeup ink. Finally the last reason, is because their aren’t enough studies to the affects of permanent makeup on the under eye area. Plus the white ink that is used cannot be used on every skin tone, Once they put this ink in we can’t remove it because most flesh and white coloured tints have iron or titanium in them and if we hit them with laser they will turn black, and over time it separates and becomes more noticeable 💉💉💉Under eye concealer is intended to lighten dark circles. As mentioned, dark skin cannot be lightened with a tattoo. In addition, the dark circles under your eyes change with passing days, as you age and with your sleep cycle. Even if you could cover dark circles with permanent makeup pigment, you cannot expect what covers it one day to work the next. In the end, you would have to buy under eye concealer to cover the spots that spread out past where your darkness was the day you got your makeup. Use a liquid under eye concealer to cover darkness as it arises. This way, you can use as little or as much as you need. Due to it being so new I’d wait a while until it becomes popular around the world. I’m curious to this myself, and would love it done and also would love to learn about the technique because I myself am a permanent makeup artist and I’m finally learning about fibroblast pen treatment, which is not as new as under eye permanent makeup but it’s more regulated (also it’s not permanent makeup/ it heals the skin faster) Anyway, looking at you Sarah it looks good and I’m glad you had a good season with your artist and their wasn’t any adverse effects :)
I actually like the look of her dark circles. Maybe it's cause I'm in love with the natural look of "flaws". A women without makeup has so much beauty to me.
I never cover up under my eyes, I look better and less "fake" when there is a little color under there... that being said, my under eyes are not too dark.
Yes!! I love dark circles. It's like natural eyeshadow to me. If mine were darker I would never put eyeshadow on haha (all I put are browns and nudes). When I use concealer underneath my eyes I look sooooo puffy and fake!
I have dark circles and I would definitely try it. I want to do more research on it for darker skin tones though. I know with laser treatments you have to make sure the doctor is using a cool laser and is used to working on darker skin tones. Once I see examples of women with different skin tones trying it I’ll sign up.

My guess is that it would only be super noticeable if you tanned quite dark. Usually we tan around the higher points of our face where the sun touches, so the under-eye should naturally stay lighter as long as you're within a few shades of your natural colour.
I cant imagine how she would describe my undereye circles if she already called yours severe... Thank u for this vid I was really curious of this new "treatment"!

As one of the only practitioners of this technique in the US, I want to thank you for the video. You not only showed the whole procedure, but told people it's not like having concealer on (Which it's not). This is meant to be subtle and is NOT going to totally cover up the darkness. It will definitely lighten it up. Did you find that it changed color in the sun, or did you use protection all the time? That's another thing people don't realize is that tattoos don't tan, so if you are in the sun, you skin will tan, but under eyes will not. So you are in the same situation. Again, thanks for the video, and if you come to NYC come see me!!! Chris
I’m so lucky that this video appeared for me! I have inherited dark circles plus the average persons dark circles and I am so insecure about them. This process looks so easy as it does not involve surgery! Thank youuu ❤️❤️

Omg I need this sooo so so bad. My under eye darkness is really bad and everything I try either isn't the right shade or just doesn't look good. But this? Wow, this is revolutionary.
One of the easiest things to do to lighten dark under eyes is to sleep with a very white concealer. The white pigment soaks into your pores and over time the under eyes will look much lighter - even without makeup - same principle as your method but cheaper and slower - It works too with no down side!
Wow looks amazing. I’ve had my lips and brows tattooed. This would have scanned though right? Scanned and peeled like a normal tattoo? Would have been great for you to show the healing process too! They do look great!

Becareful doing this. White ink turns yellow over time. A lot of tattop places wont give basic white tattoos anymore just because the white eventually fades and turns yellow. And its really hard to reverse and get rid of with laser treatment.
Yeah I just wouldn't mess around with the skin under your eyes since it's super delicate and also since it's a new treatment they don't know if there's gonna be any negative side effects long term
Try dermarolling! It will thicken up the skin around your eyes so that it’s not as translucent; you won’t see the blood pooling in your eye bags (the dark circles).
Wish you didn't wear any makeup in the after. I think it looks brighter/more refreshed but its hard to say. i would be nervous to try it but thanks for being our guinea pig! lol
This video is very helpful for those who really want to maintain their beauty without any hussle. Having this permanent concealer will help you to save your time and money.
Soo interesting. they keep coming out with new beauty treatments for everything lol. At this point I feel like this new generation will come out with some sort of work done.
Same thought crossed my mind at that part. It just feels a bit disheartening every time to hear that from someone as naturally pretty as her, but... *shrug*
I ONLY wear a heavy bb cream under my eyes because of how dark my under eye circles are (my skin breaks out with any foundation so I can’t wear it for some reason) permanent concealer would be AMAZING damn gonna look into this now!!
She’s so young to be doing this. The undereye area is so delicate and this is permanent??? Personally I think this is a bad idea. We don’t know the long term effects.
She is so young putting things on her skin before getting old. She's making her skin work more and grow older quicker. Didn't look like it was the end of the world.
Parsley and Vaseline you have to take a good handful of parsley leaves and break it rubbing it in your hand and you place it in a dry face mask and squeeze out the juice and mix it in Vaseline and it will brighten your under eye dark circles.
Just the way freckles are considered cute and endearing, dark circles many times can look cute and natural. Not all the time as some have serious darkness but most of the time like in her case is quite cute.

Becareful doing this. White ink turns yellow over time. A lot of tattop places wont give basic white tattoos anymore just because the white eventually fades and turns yellow. And its really hard to reverse and get rid of with laser treatment.
This is totally new to me!!! You are so brave for giving it a go🙌🌟💗💜
omg she’s so pretty i can’t 😤😫
What would your shade of hair be called?? Not the blond one but the one where you show the after the procedure. Would it be rosy purple???
Velda F I’ve been trying to find that color to
In the netherlands we call it strawberry brown
ash brown
Yeah I just wouldn't mess around with the skin under your eyes since it's super delicate and also since it's a new treatment they don't know if there's gonna be any negative side effects long term
Wow I need to get this and look like I've slept for once
Try dermarolling! It will thicken up the skin around your eyes so that it’s not as translucent; you won’t see the blood pooling in your eye bags (the dark circles).
If that's severe dark circles I don't want to know what I have ..
Crying bc same
Thank you for doing this honestly 💗
Wish you didn't wear any makeup in the after. I think it looks brighter/more refreshed but its hard to say. i would be nervous to try it but thanks for being our guinea pig! lol
Wow!! Is really amazing!! I’m in US and never heard of it until now from you. I’m exited!!
Excusme what did I just see?!😶🤔🤨😮😫😲😨🤯😱😍 When you think you've seen it all RUclips proves you wrong. Now I just need to get rich 💸. Hold up.
MY LIFE JUST CHANGED I NEED THIS
“Trying permanent concealer” well, you aren’t really TRYING it now are you?
This video is very helpful for those who really want to maintain their beauty without any hussle. Having this permanent concealer will help you to save your time and money.
Soo interesting. they keep coming out with new beauty treatments for everything lol. At this point I feel like this new generation will come out with some sort of work done.
Out of the womb with fillers lololol
Bri the thing you're looking for is designer babies. Look it up its insane.
it’s so satisfying to watch the tattoo go on
"if i had her money i could look like anyone i wanted"
but what's wrong with just looking like...yourself
Same thought crossed my mind at that part. It just feels a bit disheartening every time to hear that from someone as naturally pretty as her, but... *shrug*
You look so beautiful naturally omggg 😍😍
wow shoutout to you for trying shit out and letting us know what's good
I ONLY wear a heavy bb cream under my eyes because of how dark my under eye circles are (my skin breaks out with any foundation so I can’t wear it for some reason) permanent concealer would be AMAZING damn gonna look into this now!!
Are there any risk implications that we should be aware of when doing this?
Sonyaz ikr it seems too good to be true...
@@goemon9118 , I know right!
There’s risks with everything
She’s so young to be doing this. The undereye area is so delicate and this is permanent??? Personally I think this is a bad idea. We don’t know the long term effects.
Yes they’re some risks that are known and also there is a reason why this isn’t big in Europe and isn’t allowed in the USA legally yet
Absolutely love the vid - you look fab!!
this is insane 😳 i want it dkjsdkksmx
She is so young putting things on her skin before getting old. She's making her skin work more and grow older quicker. Didn't look like it was the end of the world.
It’s basically a tattoo with white ink, which will fade with any sun exposure.
New subbie, I’m already loving your content. This right here is up my alley. The results are 🔥
How you trying "PERMANENT" concealer????? its like imma try having a baby LOL
Parsley and Vaseline you have to take a good handful of parsley leaves and break it rubbing it in your hand and you place it in a dry face mask and squeeze out the juice and mix it in Vaseline and it will brighten your under eye dark circles.
Plot twist it makes her darkbags more revealing
Just the way freckles are considered cute and endearing, dark circles many times can look cute and natural. Not all the time as some have serious darkness but most of the time like in her case is quite cute.
