I spoke with Jeff earlier this year about the endorsement program but I’ve been on the fence because there was no good reviews or demos (until now)! These seem great. Thanks Sam!
Thanks! Yeah I was on the fence too before getting it and was wishing there were some more demos of it, which was part of why I wanted to make this video! Hope this helps! 🙌🏻
Jeff emailed me yesterday and said mine will ship in a day or two! I went with the CJ model. I have always wanted a Jazzmaster style guitar. I can’t wait!! :)
@ I was between the C2 and the CJ but the last C2 of this batch sold right before I ordered. So I want with the CJ which I’m still really happy with! If you saw their most recent IG post with the black and white CJ, that’s mine :)
Great video dude. It's worth noting, all tuning stability is actually the nut. locking tuners don't help with tuning stability. In order, it's Nut, saddles, tuners.
Interested in their JM model, I’d go with the Dusenburg Trem and would just go with standard everything (except maybe locking tuners) and then I’ll see how I like the pickups. I was thinking I’d try the Modern PAFs if I don’t like the stock ones.
The JM model looks sick! Especially with the Dusenburg trem that would be awesome. Highly recommend the Modern PAFs if you do end up upgrading pickups down the road!
I have a bunch of electrics (way to many for a 20 year old) but for some reason I can’t get the tones I want for worship music when I’m playing in church out of anything except my teles.
@@devyntavares8144 Kenyon made some extra captures using the "advanced" capture setting for the ToneXs. You can reach out to him on instagram if you want some more info about the captures!
Yeah, I can totally see why! They're great and super articulate, that's what I dig out of the one I have in the neck. Big fan of the Fralin PAF in the bridge though
Yeah I thought the color change was pretty pricey which is why I stuck with the main color, plus I just really liked the color of it. I overall quality feels well worth the money though (in my opinion)
Awesome review Sam! 🤩🔥It looks awesome, sounds awesome, you played it awesome!!
YOU'RE awesome! 💪🏼💪🏼

Beautiful tone and playing! As always!!
Thanks so much! 🙏🏻
My brother, I just found this guitar and I fell in love. Thank you for your opinion, I'm gonna save some money to get one the next year!
Nice!! Yeah it's a great guitar, you'll love it!
Nice job brutha!!!
Thanks man! 💪🏼
Nice vid. I love my Model CT. Jeff Lee is a craftsman and great to work with.
Nice! Those CTs look awesome, I'm sure it's a great guitar!

Nice! The CJ looks awesome, I was super close to grabbing that instead!

that clarity you get from a tele is just so so good!
11s! My man. Love 11s. Both my Gretschs have 11s
Yesss big big fan of 11s
When I first saw it I thought it was a Portlander lol
haha if that were the case then I'd have to change the title to the best guitar EVERYONES heard of
What captures do you use?
I use Kenyon Reed's advanced captures with Tone Factor. Here I'm using the AC30 and Benson Chimera
@@SamWittekhey Sam what do you mean by advanced??

The poor man’s Veritas Portlander.
these guys need some originality. Both glorified teles
Not sure it’s a poor man’s anything
haha pretty accurate, with some offset goodness
Everyone is doing lambertone cremas.

@SamWittek I've never heard of Fralin. Interesting
@@kckrye They're awesome, I feel like I get the same level of clarity with the bridge pickup but a lot more beefiness to it
They charge way too much for customizations and upgrades! I think $1200 is a little steep to begin with from a Korean made guitar with Korean parts.

@@Graham_the_musician Ok ok I'll allow it
$1,200 for a Chinese guitar is wild
Quality speaks for itself imo!
