Yep. After that, Geoff Petrie (forced by the Maloofs) dismantled the team one-by-one by trading away Scot Pollard and Hedo Turkloglu in order to lure in Brad Miller.
Letting go of Gerald Wallace in the Charlotte Bobcats expansion draft.
Trading Doug Christie for Cuttino Mobley, Chris Webber to the Philadelphia 76ers, and Peja Stojakovic for Ron Artest.
This was KGs best team in Minnesota. Wat a joke he deserved better. Imagine KG In 2021. Same body type as Durant. If KG grew up not being trained as a classic big, he ends up one of the greats. Can’t deny his athleticism. Minnesota never gave him a chance
KG ^^
2024 🥶 KG ❤️
Grabe noon Ang NBA meron depensa hirap umiskor ngayon walang depensa kaya ang skor umaabot ng 130 point sarap manood ng NBA bihira ang tumira ng 3point
Timberwolves fans have a right to celebrate now
As what I said who ever wins Nuggets/Timberwolves series will give you 99% chance to win a ring
And 100% chance if Pacers make somehow finals
Kings had a more well rounded 8 player rotation - Brad Miller/Vlade Divac, C-Webb, Peja, Christie, Bibby, Jackson, Peeler. Wolves had KG though, the best player in the NBA at this time, led the league in PER and win shares from 2003-2005, slightly above even Tim Duncan. Wolves also had solid contributors though, Wally Szczerbiak, Fred Hoiberg, and T-Hud coming off the bench, and of course Sam and Spree with KG was a true "big three". It kinda sucks that they weren't able to stop the Lakers' perimeter game in the WCF, because they would have been a bigger challenge for the Pistons, Kareem Rush won that series for LA.
