I've been using Tori for Boss farming and PVP and I've got to say the full form is not viable at all, the burst has more spread to it now so it rarely hits all 3, the transformation speed is slow and the stamina drain is insane. for PVP and PVE its more viable to just switch to half form due to its faster transformation and way less stam drain. I've also noticed when transforming into full form right after you use a move it would sometimes delay the time to deactivated, meaning you spend more time in the form and lose more stamina, I'd be button bashing Z and it would take a whole 3-5 seconds just to turn off. the only viable things for full form are the healing it goes insane. Half form deactivates as soon as I press Z.
Tori almost lost all its pve aspect like the burst dont explode as soon as it hits the kk/gkk it just goes thru the kk and gkk which makes it hard to farm
the only actual viable moves for tori are the ones when you arent in phoenix form, the 2 moves you get when in mode are just not viable at all. phoenix brand almost never hits, and the burst is so hard to hit because of the insane startup

And all this made me think that I waited nothing for this rework

this is shitty in overworld pvp tho those 2 untransformed skills are goated the transformed skills idunno if its just me but its kinda wonky and that big chicken blocks my camera so u gotta scroll but for me my scroll is also wonky .

And it has heals nice. Use some potions and run. Then combined with 20 stamina geppo makes it almost impossible to travel even with high stamina regen and transform and tori burst has to much delay. It is only better if you have a certain playstyle. If you like the big damage combo finisher then yeah old tori is better. However overall the rework is way better. The stamina regen isn't as harsh, it has more moves, it has another guard break besides the ult, and you can combo extend with the talons.
