Congratulations on your new wash. It looks great. Are you able to share more on how you are structuring the profit sharing/bonuses? I really like that idea to retain good team members. Also looking at converting an old wash into what you have done. Great vision!!!
@@Rjg2176 Love your car wash I drove by your car wash quit a few times, over the past few months, and I just started going there a month ago, friendly staff, and my car comes out a lot cleaner compared to some of the car wash (gas stations) I've been going to.
