Kids need to be in school & socialize with kids their age & different types of people & situations. They really don't need to be homeschooling, but that's your choice & responsibility. & Patent need to decompress & practice self care daily. Someone said today that they go to church to socialize. I really agree with that. Many people go to church to socialize, & since church has ma y services during the week & weekend, they shouldn't be lonely people because they can go meet up with church members. Even when I went to inpatient treatment for C-PTSD with a TBI without Addictions from my military service & gangstalkers in Florida. I found out lots About issues that people have who were foster & adopted. So there are lots of support groups & resources for them & It funny, periodically throughout my life, I kept running into people who were foster kids or adopted & finally, I found out I kept seeing them to let ME know that was also ME. But many of them knew at an early age that they were. Pay attention to the relationships that were or are in your life. Many are trauma bonds, to trigger a wound that you need to heal.
