The plaintiff with the bedbugs should've sued for more and should've won the case because it is clear that bed bugs was in the house. The landlord lied when he said lady bugs.

I mean if you want me to be honest, i dont have an issue with somebody putting down there own animal if it is humane and quick. Like realistically they probably wouldnt notice as much. Think about the situation. They leave home. Go to a vet. Go to a room. Etc. or even if they stay home they get a needle and they can tell somethings wrong and everybody is upset. You can take it on a walk, say goodbye and get it done without it even knowing. It is sad yes. But i also understand some people would also rather do it themselves if it has to be done. It gets me frustrated.
sometimes your animal is also in so much pain because maybe they got attacked by other dogs or hit by a car and they are in so much pain it is more humane to put your own animal down right then and there than to put them in a car and take them to a vet

Both said they had lost everything in a house fire ! How could they accumulate more valuable property in the new home if they couldn’t even afford to pay rent and were living there only a couple of months ? They also said they lost clothing and other items due to bed bugs when all they had to do was DO THE LAUNDRY IN HOT WATER AND POUR BED BUGS DISINFECTANT INTO THE LAUNDRY ! As for the other items they could have disinfected those themselves too ! I don’t know about bed bugs hiding underneath a carpet but I do know they hide on the stitching that goes around mattresses and they also Kling to the metal that holds the mattresses up ! All they had to do was search the internet for information on HOW TO GET RID OF BED BUGS ! I’m sooo angry that Jerry dismissed the case but I’m also angry that the defendants didn’t know how to get rid of bed bugs themselves and disinfect metal rails where they hide ! The plaintiffs have money for tattoos but no money for rent ! Seems that once again they got away with not paying ! I believe that the reason they had to move to a different state is because they owed a lot of money ! IF there was a fire it was most likely caused due to smoking CRACK and negligence ! In Florida there are millions of acres of land and tiny islands in the swamps !
