It's so refreshing to see a young man living for God and using his talent to serve. I've been blessed by his ministry. I hope those of us who have will add him to our daily prayers. Men like this need the protection that prayer brings.

I love how the beauty & profundity of God's Word is described in this sermon. Oftentimes, we look to so many other things that can neither "profit or deliver", while all the answers we could ever need are fitted into the pages of our closed Bibles. The statement about filthy rags, a proper translation is women's menstrual rags. Which also are unholy, unclean as women during their cycle were to be away, her husband not to lay with her, then go thru a proper cleansing bath when done. I think this should still be the way, though Jesus told us the old testament is our schoolmaster. Not as much about actually recreating it but understanding and discerning the holy and profane.

C.S Lewis had said that the word "Gentleman" had lost its meaning. With the bible being written so long ago the words have changed which is why I don't understand why we don't have modern versions that explain it in stories. Ones that make sense where someone isn't 608 years old and when you're listening to an audiobook hear them ramble on for 2 minutes going "Hashem bore 3 children, zia, nia, and tyre, he reached the age of 482 years. Come on, what a load of nonsense. People don't change much, except for the technology around us and how we interact with it. I have trouble with the bible like I've mentioned and with me doing my research I thought, how could we pass this information onto the younger generation to pass down to their kids and so on? A black book, the bible. When I started listening to Christians talk about the bible and narcissism the bible explained it perfectly. That is why I'm conflicted. Stuff that makes sense and doesn't make sense are all in the bible. Sorry, I'll just watch this one then I'll commit to reading it all before commenting again. I swear to GOD. Thanks, Martyn, you're doing amazing work. Going out exploring is not a bad thing, not sleep with loads of women but try alcohol, try and lie to someone and see how it feels. Then, come back to Christianity. I believe the faith wasn't solely to be used for children to grow up and live a perfect life. I believe it gives us enough rope to swing from until we are met with a choice. Do we do the right thing and find GOD which can heal us or are we going to give up. I didn't believe in GOD when I was a child because no one explained it properly. I had to discover life itself and this is why the government wants single mothers with children to take away the fathers and destroy the family unit so we grow up lost. James Bond and MI5/6 said they life to use orphans who have no ties. It fits their agenda.
