Some things, that are beautiful are as much painful as beautiful, even the beautiful sunset makes me just think about my loneliness and sense of my material existence down there, on Earth...
this song especially has a Doomer feel to me, because it made me feel so hopeful for the future when it was released and hit the charts, and then heard it again in Breakfast Club about teens just starting their lives. Now as a lonely failure it has a completely different, painfully nostalgic feel. This slowed down version just makes it even more so.
You, my friend are fantastic. Please keep up the good work and I hope you are doing ok. Also, I love that you've done so many post-punk songs, they fit your aesthetic perfectly. The Chameleon's "Less Than Human" or Interpol's "NYC" would go so well with what you do. Be proud of yourself, you're doing great work here.

These videos encapsulate so much but since there is already vinyl, I feel like mouse clicks, deep breaths and lighter foleys would be immersive additions to future videos
