This song is my favorite still, since the first time I heard you cover it. Three days later, when I saw beautiful clouds in the sky, it prompted me to hit the road through the countryside; a ride to a little town (Julian) from San Diego. The best part of the memory was that this song added to my inner feeling that life truly is beautiful, though I may still not have anyone in my life. The rolling hills and winding roads through the countryside, with the clouds, was so picturesque; a "beautiful life"('s experience). Now that I finally have read the meaning of the song just now, wow, I can only imagine the heartbreak (I never understood the _"sorrowful life"_ part until now). What a beautiful, though tragic story; yet beautiful in that one had a chance to meet someone that forever changed their memory for the good. Thank you, Jasmine, for this cover.
