To the people who say “just wait for the 14”. Sometimes people don’t want to wait just to get a new phone. I was and still am very excited for the 14. I was planning on upgrading my XR to the 14 pro max instead of the 13, unfortunately, the XR broke and got lost 2 months before the 14 came out and I didn’t want to wait two months just for the 14 so I got the 13 pro max. Of course now it is better to wait for the 14 but not everyone needs the latest model or the model that comes out soon. The 13 pro max is still a very good phone and I am happy with it.

Otterbox cases tend to be hard to put on and take off the first few times, this is due to the tight fit. Doesn't damage the phone, its for the sake of security, but it does make putting on/taking off their cases a pain.

actually yes, for me it was pretty hard to put it on and to get it off, my fingers were hurting😅😅
