FRIENNDSSSSSSSSSS! We just got our Vista V2 because our second Bub is almost here (well, I’m 23 weeks 🤣) I can’t wait to finally give you the comparison you’ve asked for ❤
Amazinh review video, thanks! I'm in Canada and apparently here's the only country apart from New Zealand and Australia that this pram (aka stroller 😊) is sold and I couldn't find much information about reviews and stuff on it online (the honest ones!). Yours checked all the boxes thanks!
Thank you for the info and vid !! I just bought one and I’m excited . As I was tossing up the uppa baby vista too .. but I feel like I made a great choice for half the price xoxo
I’ve been using mine for a full week now and definitely super happy with my choice. I have loaded it up to the max and it does what we need. Obviously for the price there is a few small things that make the difference. (Slight wobble wether loaded or unloaded and I think it’s from the pattern on the wheels maybe) but it’s so minimal I’m just super picky 🤣 thanks for the feedback 🙏
I can't express just how grateful I am for your review video!! I have gone far far down the rabbit hole of pram comparisons and it's overwhelming. And you're right, there's still not a lot reviews on the Babybee even now. I'm mainly tossing up between the Babybee Duo (now waiting for the 3) and Uppababy Vista V2, and I saw in your reply to someone else down below that you would get the Uppababy for your next pram. I'm interested in your thoughts about the fixed configuration on the Uppababy where the older/heavier child has to be on the top/back seat and the younger one in the smaller front Rumble seat? I saw a video saying that there's not a lot of leg room for the child at the back when both seats are forward facing, and so they're likely to hang their legs over the top of the Rumble seat instead. I appreciate that you may not have experienced this yet since you don't have the Uppababy yet, but interested to hear whether you have any concerns about it since that's the main thing making me lean towards the Babybee. Thanks 🙂
Hey hunny! Aww thank you so much! So my friend is currently running the v2 with a 2.5 yo and a 6 month old and her 2.5yo comfortably sits in the Rumble seat at the front and naps etc. cos you have about 4-5 angle adjustments, it’s so much better. It’s not just lay flat, middle and all the way up. So I think that definitely helps and made me realise you aren’t as stuck on that configuration as they make it out, they have recommendations but it’s really what is comfortable for you. However the babybee is so heavy with my 13kg 17 month old and a few grocery bags, at the moment, that I could not imagine him on the front of the babybee :/. I really need to get my crap together and do the side by side comparisons and configurations with all the kids in the seats 🤣 But after 15 months of use and testing and trialling my friends V2 every time we catch up weekly, I’m definitely going for the V2. Good luck my love ❤️
Tbh, not a whole lot, but I haven’t used the vista full time so I don’t know what I’m missing out on. The axle through the basket is something I love. Wish the duo had the same!
Hey lovely thanks so much for sharing this. Can I ask how you find the weight of the pram When you fold it down and put it in your boot and how much room it takes up ? Also how do you find the turning circle on it ? I have currently just decided on the icandy peach 7. But I am just now looking more into this pram. Thanks !!
It’s not heavy for me at all :) I have a RAV4 so plenty of boot space, it only takes up one side and I still put stuff on it if I need to but have plenty of room! Turning circle is great considering the size!
Hi. Thank you for the review. My husband and I are considering this pram. How are the wheels over all? Does it go well on uneven ground like rocks ect. Is this pram great for long time use when you have more than one child?
Hello Layla! Have a read of my reply to ‘Special kk’ below, I just gave him the full run down and my opinion after a year of use 🥰 hope that helps and congrats and good luck ❤️
Hey, first time dad here - we are looking at this pram but it’s really hard to find reviews from people that have used it for any significant period of time and it’s had some pretty varied feedback online from good to bad. Are you still enjoying using it? Any new issues you have discovered over the 11 months since this post? Thank you!
Hello! Firstly, congratulations! Such an exciting time 🥰 Okay so, still to this day, love it! If this is your budget range, then 1000% you won’t be disappointed! If you have the room to go for the Vista V2 especially if you’re considering having more than one child, do it. We are gearing up to TTC again and once we are hopefully successful we will be buying the V2. We make big babies who are also tall 🤣 so the duo2 is and has been great BUT our friends have 2 kids now and have the duo2 and I think it gets a bit harder to lug around. We also have friends with 2 kids and the Vista and I dunno man there’s just something about it that just screams “I was made for this”. Even hubby said he’s still mad we didn’t just wait out the 6 months during Covid and get the Vista. But as I said, all in all the duo2 has don’t it’s job and more. I love being able to run into Woolies and do a mid week top and and have plenty of room for groceries and things. It’s does get a touch wobbly when heavy and loaded but that’s no different to a car carrying a tonne of weight. No issues with anything, all the accessories have done their job EXCEPT the coffee cup holder 😭 sturdy wise it is the best we have found BUT the way it tightens to the pram frame it gets cracks in the fastener parts and it took one kick from our toddler after 9 months and it just snapped! And yes my coffee went all over the shop floor 🤣 And now I’m yet to find a super sturdy coffee holder again!! Anyway, anymore Qs feel free to ask. And goodluck!!!
@@Halleys_adventures It is great to see this updated review! thank you for taking the time. My husband and I are expecting our first and plan to buy this with the intention for future proofing for baby number 2. We plan to have kids as close together as possible 🤣
No I didn’t! I did personally but never got to film it! I’ve also decided now with Bub #2 on the way to keep my duo! I just purchased the bassinet for it :)
How do you think it compares to the upperbaby vista v2? You said your friend has one? I’ve got a 1 year old and another on the way so I’d be using it as a double pram.
Hi Jackie! Look, I’ll be 100% honest. The vista is much sturdier in its makeup. But other than that it’s the only big difference. The duo2 has a bit of wobble which annoys me a touch but that’s they way the prams are made apparently. If you have the budget for the Vista, go for it. If you don’t, this is a really fabulous alternative. Bonus that the axle doesn’t go through the basket.
@@SassyWinterFox yeah look, I love it for right now and it ticks all my boxes. But for when another Bub comes along we will be getting the Vista for sure.
Nature yes, beach… depends.. our local beach has this plastic path that leads from the parking lot to the water so we use that and then just lift the pram off to the side… but I don’t think many prams are beach friendly unless they are specifically beach friendly if that makes sense?

@@Halleys_adventureswhy do you think the V2 is worth the extra $700 over the duo?
I definitely think if you can afford it, then yea!

If you are getting it for a new born. . 1000%. Or like me, Bub was already 4 months old, so I didn’t. But I’ve just purchased it for Bub on the way :)
