I personally think 4 was where it faltered. 4 was the last one I played and put me off altogether. Only came back to this genre this year. I think 3 has a lot of really good ideas in it, but the roster is pretty strange feeling. Playing Alpha series has not changed my mind on it , its an excellent series.

It's the arrange version (aka SFA3 upper) that has evil Ryu and the other extra characters
You could unlock him in Qorld Tour mode on PS1 if I remember correctly
