It's easy for many of us to recognise English sentence structure mistakes from a non native speaker, as they're very often similar. But the fact DJ changed "anything" to "nothing" was his own mistake! And is improper English too! Regards your comment, I'd say he needs to take a step back from himself sometimes. And to know when that 'sometimes' is!

He seems to get up on his high horse and again patronises or belittles people. Even if the bloke was trying to say what he thought he was very rude anyway. He's a bloke trying to earn for himself and his family I would imagine, DJ is just trying to belittle a normal working man, like most of his audience. A 2017 time lapse of the warehouse construction available on yt. The 1.2 million sqft 'megashed' constructed for The Range and DHL at cost of L100 million and covers 14.5 football pitches opened June 2017. Main contractor was McLaren Construction and required 16,000 concrete piles driven 20m due to soft alluvial soils. Caunton Engineering erected the steel. Utilities contractor CIUS noted it required two 1.2 MVA substations. Konfloor in Bristol did the concrete and 2017 industry article has many pics of the concrete floor being laid and finishing work. The warehouse has 104 loading docks.
Industrial estate is Panattoni Park Avonmouth, two units in the distance at 15:55 were the newest construction noted in their letting brochure.

Out of the 408 UK stores that wilkinsons used to run Poundland has bought 71 and B&M has bought 52, majority of these will be in larger towns/cities and they will only buy the store if Wilkinsons actually owned the building, if they rented it, it wont reopen as either of these stores.

My dad Jim and friend of the family who I called uncle Brian were plumbing and heating engineers B.J. Plumbing and Heating S.W. and installed all the pipe work for cds/the range in Plymouth years ago. Uncle Brian used to be on the market stalls with Chris back in the day. My first job after leaving school was working at cds. I met Chris several times, he's a lovely guy. Friendly and down to earth. Xx

Just a word of warning, DJ, i've seen nasty council workers giving out Penalty Notices for littering, even when the person only picked something up they saw on the ground and put it back down.
Even if someone else's littered it, if you pick it up and then put it back down- it's legally your litter

Litter really bugs me from when a child is born parents should educate ...rubbish into bins or take it home not hard is it. Companies should have a rota of certain staff who do the litter once a week at least most contract have additional " and any other work the company deems required for benefit of the company" or words to that effect 😊
