He's CONSTANTLY generating massive amounts of Charge while rarely actually spending it, and his S2 Charge Shield gain is based on how much charge he has. He's a really fun solo because he is practically indestructable, kind of like a Deici ID run.
faust has the most op skill effect ngl, but its her speed and low roll that drags her down. i mean bind on 2nd skill(it'll become a free charge on uptie 4 since it gave rright amount of charges that is needed to activate the effect), power atk down + paralyze on skill 3

Yeah Meursault and Hong Lu are still kinda bad, but Gregor is actually doing REALLY well nowadays. Since Gregor has +5 Offense Level, and full Liu is a Lust/Wrath Resonance team, he regularly ends up with +3 Clash Power on his skills half the time, allowing him to clash well enough even if he doesn't have his Coin Power conditional active.
Hopefully she is Count Positive in that case Though after looking into it she probably isn't since she is also bleed If she was good in Rupture AND Bleed it would be too strong And after Ring they probably don't want another ID that good
Because there is more EGOs and 000 IDs than 00 IDs yes Since 00 IDs are easier to get for new player and make it easier for new player to build certain team For sure for Burn Charge and Sinking would need more 00 IDs so they are more accessible for new player Because of the higher chance in the gacha

I still can't believe that Hong Lu is by far the fastest charge ID thanks to his haste on skill.
He's a tank with no aggro, so he needs the haste to be useful tbh

It works in her favor tho since all debuff is next turn, so you don't really want to clash with her but apply as much debuff on one sided attack
