The hypnosis staff basically counters the bee canon, I think you can tame the bees that are shot out of the cannon from another player and use them against that player

warden is kinda rare to find. Like there is a warden in the custom citadel structure in hoplite(which I didnt find since it was a bastion), and also wardens that spawn if you stay underground for too long(that you cant tame since they aren't naturally spawning), Then there is finding a deep dark, which I have found a total of 5 times out of 400 games. So I think golems would be the strongest mob to tame that is easily obtainable
