China Shandong has these similar ones that are tastier and a lot more delicious which are from Chicken eggs and not duck eggs. After living in 20 countries, and as a scientific researcher doing Immunology and Gerontology research work, the findings and recommendations are concluded that these are highly nutritious foods with all the essential amino acids. 👍💪😋😆

those sauces are literally from different Filipino dishes. not surprised it goes really well with each other... The liver - menudo the peanut - kare-kare bicol express - itself the soysauce- tokwa't baboy tho it's commonly a sauce used for any fried dish

For the Bicol Express sauce, Bicol Express is a dish of its own. Bicol is a province known for its love of chili or spicy food. Bicol Express is meat (usually pork), coconut milk, shrimp paste, red and green chilis. Some people would add vegetables to it, like string beans or string beans. Yummmm.😋

Been on a Pollotarian diet for 2 years now. As a Pinoy, Pork Sisig is what I missed eating and craving the most. Pork hits different compared to chicken or tuna sisigs.
