    😍As a Singaporean, I have lived in the Philippines 2017 to 2022 to handle a charity school for 6 years. Lechon and Sisig and Balut are my 3 fav. 😋
    👍The one with the yellow Java rice is the tastiest.

      @@Vikingsroar 😅 Hahaha I know I know ...even for example the taste of Stinky tofu is marvelous, so one man's meat is another man's poison proverb applies. China Shandong has these similar ones that are tastier and a lot more delicious which are from Chicken eggs and not duck eggs.
      After living in 20 countries, and as a scientific researcher doing Immunology and Gerontology research work, the findings and recommendations are concluded that these are highly nutritious foods with all the essential amino acids. 👍💪😋😆

    those sauces are literally from different Filipino dishes. not surprised it goes really well with each other...
    The liver - menudo
    the peanut - kare-kare
    bicol express - itself
    the soysauce- tokwa't baboy tho it's commonly a sauce used for any fried dish

    Sisig is not a street food. It is a delicasy and a cuisine like adobo. It is usually serve in restaurants all over the country. Restaurants and Filipino famulies have different variations in preparing the dish. Most common you will find sisig during drinking sessions. Best with beer.

    For the Bicol Express sauce, Bicol Express is a dish of its own. Bicol is a province known for its love of chili or spicy food. Bicol Express is meat (usually pork), coconut milk, shrimp paste, red and green chilis. Some people would add vegetables to it, like string beans or string beans. Yummmm.😋

    as you mention that sisig and lection are salt it depend on the person who cook it , i eat a lot of sisig and lechon when i was in the philippine but so far my lechon i order is really nice ang is not really salty at all ::😮😊
