Hi No worries. It was a no brainer for me. I love listening to music, so the upgraded stereo was a must. And if we become an off road family, than the internal swtich's will be handy. Now that I have had the car for a bit, the upgraded headlights are amazing. have a great day mate 👍 😀
Hey mate I did, but imo it's not a good 'work' vehicle for me for a few reasons. I am going to do a video on a walk through and why I chose the Wildtrak, over the Platinum and Raptor soon. Have a great day mate. Thanks for the support. 👍 😀
Is a Ute really required for a lawn and gardening business?. I am looking to start one and I want to use 100% battery electric equipment. I’m deciding whether a van would be a good option. I wouldn’t have to worry about fuel fumes and I like the idea of everything being secured inside a vehicle. Especially since batteries and such aren’t cheap.
Hi No, definitely not. You can use any vehicle, so long as it holds the equipment you require to complete the jobs at your clients properties. They all have there + & -, but at the end of the day, it has to suit your personal situation/lifestyle. I like a ute, as I use it for work and family car on the weekends. Vans are great, you can fully lock everything away and lots of storage, but you lose seating. Some people use trucks as they have big ride on or zero turns to lug around. So it just comes down to your requirements. I am not fully battery yet. I love both, and both engine and battery have a place in my business. A lot of businesses do run full battery setup, just. have to consider keeping batteries charged on the go and keeping them cool. Hope that was of some help. Best of luck with your mowing business. I'm sure you will do brilliantly. Ben 👍 😀
Mate I agree 100% with the Toyota being way too dated I currently have the 2018 Ranger Wildtrak I’m now going in Tuesday and either getting the V6 Wildtrak or Raptor I didn’t like the rest of the utes either including the Amarok
Agreed. The Ranger currently just feels ahead of everything else on the market imo. I am doing a video soon on why I chose the Wildtrak over the Raptor, as I get asked regularly. But long story short, the Wildtrak is far easier to work out of if you keep tools/chems/sprayer etc in the back of your ute. Everyone's setup is different. Have a great day mate. Thanks for the support. 👍 😀
haha its probably faster than the Senator. Turbo V6's are fast now lol. Hope you and the little man are doing well. Sorry for the late reply man. Only just getting back to comments. Been flat out with work. Dinner soon. Have a great day mate 👍 😀
They do have good colours to choose from, but I love white. Does not show up how dirty the car really is in this job, makes logos/decals stand out the best, and white is always the best colour when comes to selling/trading in. I do love the Wildtrak gold though. Which colour do you like?
Given you will use that Ute 99% of the time for your mowing business I would of bought a base model single cab with full size tray every day of the week and saved myself a motza in the process..Better yet I would buy a van if I was in the game.Saying all that congrats on your new purchase mate and hope she serves you and the family well.
If it’s your only vehicle the problem is you’d have to live with that base model 24/7. If you have a personal car and a work car base model single cab makes sense. Buying and Running two vehicles isn’t cheap though
Hey mate, Ye many options to choose from. I have had heaps of single cab tray back utes over the years, and they do give you heaps of space. Never had a van setup, but I did weigh up the benefits and downsides to all. End of the day you have to purchase what suits your business/lifestyle. Thanks mate. Loving it so far. Have a great day 👍 😀
Congratulations Ben! Love that you got a ranger. It’s such a nice Ute.
Thanks mate. Loving it. Very different to my Hilux. Will do a review/setup of the vehicle soon.

All the possible colours and you choose white ......

@mowtime agree mostly and the great colours in the latter falcons have been replaced by ordinary choices in the Rangers imo
Pretty sure you're not supposed to park there bro.
haha 👍
