Excellent video as always!!!! I haven't seen the pools of Solomon as they seem to be in Arab areas. But in late March and early April of this year I worked at the archaeological site of the City of David digging. My shoes are still covered in. 2500 yr. old dirt and the site dates to the Babylonian destruction of Jerusalem. But our group had several tours and 1 of them took us down about 30' right by the Davidson Center. I'd never been there before. We were on a Herodian street and we walked into a cistern that supplied the city. I don't think this is part of the cistern system of Solomon..I think it was from Herod. But I don't doubt what's being presented here. We also walked on the "Oleh Regel" or Pilgrim's Walk or Way - this is the only way for Jews to have approached the Temple complex on the Pilgrimage Festivals (3). The actual stones are still there!!! There are broken stones also where Roman soldiers sought the Jews fleeing as the Temple Complex fell to Titus. It's all there..it's not a fairy tale...I saw it I put my hands in it..it's pretty amazing and the Arabs can't hide it. The Jews are finding new evidence almost daily of the Jewish presence during Temple times. That said, I always go to Israel My Channel for new insights. I found what was presented here to be substantiated by many of the heads of the City of David dig including Professor Yuval of Tel Aviv University. Thanks for the info!!

The Muslims are always squats on someone else's holy places and what they can have they destroy even among theselves, see the destruction that the Abbassid dynasty did to the previous Omayyads, trying to obliterat the memory of their existence right there in Jerusalem, destroying everything they could. I'm sure the Muslims are digging on the temple mountain, this time they will not throw away the rubble like they did before, the whole thing will be sifted to look for treasure. With that much digging by Israelis and muslims, someday they will find each other in some tunel, and the devil will have his laughing day. Good digs.

I'll add one more thought...when you actually see the geography of the plateau on which Jerusalem and the Temple were built and why David chose that site for his capital, you see that it's like an island surrounded by three deep valleys (also presented in another Israel My Channel), which make it a natural fortress. And there was a source of water, the Gihon Spring, which explains also why this site would have been a good place for a city.

I appreciate all the research which must go into the making of these videos, and the result is very helpful. For awhile I was fascinated by the suggestion that the temple may have been in the original city of David, but you have done a good job at explaining the logistics of the water supply for the temple mount location. Once we have a good historical basis for getting large quantities of water to the traditionally-recognized Temple mount, that location does make a lot of sense. Thanks!

There was also an extensive aquaduct system back in the day. There is also the Virgins Fountain generally close. Gihon spring, I'm learning is not the only water source that the authors of City of David philosophy books seem to indicate.

The Tenach always stated that the King Solomon built The Temple in a spot of his choosing, Mt. Moriah. The Islams probably figured if they put the Dome of the Tock over The Temple that would keep the Moshiach from coming. Lol.
They did the same thing before the 1967 war. The Muslims littered all of old Jerusalem with human and animal waste and the gate of Mercy they stacked high with the waste and Latrinesto keep the Moshiach from coming. Lol 😂

King Solomon put the Temple where it was to awe the locals and the visitors to Jerusalem. It was higher up than the city in Solomon's day.
If you look at Tel Motza you will find a small temple near granaries, and one would anticipate that granaries and a threshing floor would go together. Hence we come to another purpose of the Temple in Jerusalem: agricultural product distribution and storage- that is, food. Having plenty of food on hand was important for local defense, among other things. This also explains the need for a supply of sacrificial animals (what did an incorporeal G-d need beef created by G-d for, anyway? Ok, so the smell was pleasing, but the beef was really for the people.)

@@faizaniqbal1683 Jews were living in Jerusalem the whole time after it was conquered by the Islamic Caliphate. Jerusalem is the holiest city in Judaism (Mecca and Medina are the Holies cities in Islam), and is mentioned by name hundreds of times in our Holy Scriptures. We pray towards Jerusalem, Muslims pray facing Mecca, Jerusalem is not mentioned by name once in the Koran.
Many Muslim Palestinians and Bedouin have DNA that is descended from the ancient Jews/Hebrews, they chose to convert instead of getting expelled (this DNA is mixed in with Arab, Turkish, Assyrian, Greek, Persian and Romans). Modern Jews are descended from the Jews who were expelled 1st by the Assyrians, Babylonians, and then by the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, and certain Caliphates and Crusaders. Archaeology, physics and common sense put together gives us a better understanding of the location of the 1st temple. This is the location that the 3rd temple must be built and the ark returned, that will make Jerusalem the golden City. May Yahweh bless your research future ..

Was a third temple prescribed by God in any public revelation? I fear it will not be anyone if God ruling there, but the kind of messiah Jews have been waiting for will be what they get. The anti-Christ will likely possess this person who was already predisposed, somehow. The lax morals of Israel has made the blindness of the people to this all the more possible. There is already some underground synagogue upon which a third temple is supposedly to be built. I am told there are occult images. Will they be aligned with or in opposition to Neom? I am aware some curious modernist structures are being built around the Kaaba not all Muslims are happy about. Will this be the peace of The Antichrist? I liked Trump’s policies, but wonder if he was helping this along. Putin and Zelensky seem to have been friendlier of the Schwab types. The international bankers (not hinting at whether they are Jews) are probably funding all of the above and rill collect debts one day. What is going on?

You discuss things we don't think about. While I understood there had to be a lot of blood on the Temple Complex, I never thought of how to cleanse it. The technology that existed during that time is amazing. While you don't attempt to answer all the questions, you clear up many things. Thank you for thoughtful, informative videos. May our Great God and Savior Bless you abundantly.
