- I have always been a fan of Lego, and this time I make The TARDIS from the Doctor Who level in Lego Dimensions.

Idk if anyone else noticed this, but Missy's costume design is similar to the outfit Mary Poppins had.
I remember when the teaser that Doctor Who would be in Dimensions, I spent hours studying the design from the trailer and trying to copy it on LDD. Yours is much better.
A shame LDD is dead now and the only version left available is the barren and broken version 4.3.

Just built this using all my dark blue pieces and filling in the rest with regular blue pieces. Turned out okay but I'm buying the corrct dark blue pieces off bricks and pieces to make this perfect.

For the first four pieces, (the 4x4, 1x1 and the two 1x4s) I substituted a 3x3 and four 1x4s.
I wanted to build this, but the 4x4 in the color I wanted (Dark Blue) was rather expensive as it only appeared in a rare Captain America Brickheadz set (at the time, I'm sure it's probably in more sets now in this specific color). However! The Dark Blue 3x3 was far cheaper because it has appeared in more sets, as for the 1x4s, well they are also rather common.

I've made one of these as well, and it's a pretty great design. I think it works great as a minifig-scale TARDIS.
Fun coincidence, it seems we both chose to use technic 1x1 bricks to connect to the 1x1 bricks with 4 studs, even though the original in-game model used 1x1x1 wall corner pieces (design ID 6231), like you mentioned.

When I made mine, I am pretty sure that ID 6231 was not available in blue, only sand. Also, I had not seen that piece yet, I didn't know it was an option!
I made mine a few years ago, too, so I don't remember if I went with technic bricks for colour or stability. They actually don't fit perfectly together, since technic holes are placed at a slightly different elevation than side-studs, but it's close enough to not be a problem.
I also had some fun with the stickers. I added stickers to represent the inside of the doors, but I put them on the sides of the doors (so they face each other, when it's closed). That way, if I open one door part-way (about 40 degrees), it creates the illusion of a widely opened door. It's great for having the doctor peek out.

Controller Banane he's only going to make Lego dimensions GLaDOS when someone make instructions for it and GLaDOS will never be made because some of the Legos on GLaDOS are not real and there is no way to make her.

it should be possible, although not at that small scale, to make a tardis that opens in a spiral to give the illusion of being larger on the inside when it's opened.

The TARDIS is so dark it looked almost black in B&W, but the grey one does look pretty cool.

Also the 60s TARDIS is too light, back then the blue was dark so on film/videotape, it looked sorta black. same for the stickers. Great idea though.

What kind of sticker paper do you use when printing out your stickers?
cool, finnaly instructions on RUclips for this. I used the 1x1 corner tile instead of that 1x1 brick you used though. Also the window and sign stickers you made look great.
Flea Films Thank You! The image file for the stickers is in the description so you can print out your own. Or I have them on my etsy as clear vinyl, with door signs like they are in the show, as well as they way looked in the Lego Dimensions game.

I scrolled through 2,000+ videos to discover that this was the first video I liked
No idea why the one by ones you used had Technic holes. By the way, since this is the 12th Doctor's TARDIS, the round holes don't make much sense, only some round orange lights can be found near the top of the console room. It's also a shame that many of the pieces used don't come in dark blue, or it would be more accurate.

Hey I built the same TARDIS too except I built it was dark blue and it doesn't open up cause I don't have enough parts to do that or have any cool decals but overall it is pretty much the same at least size wize
