I wear a size 14, followed you advice, bought a pair of 8's
This actually made me laugh out loud
NIGGA BABAHBBHABAHBABA FUNNY AS HELL
AHAHA
Actually made me lol
huh?
Watched this three times. This dudes style is so sick
Honestly watching dis guy skate was very fun who cares about the cons 🤗 jk but solid review
Me
I've had a pair of these since I was a sophomore in highschool, I'm 23 now and I just now started wearing/skating them. And it's funny you mentioned the thing about going half a size down because I wear 11 but these cons I skate are a 10.5 and they feel more comfortable skating
Dude I love your style of skating
Review: very nice, just don't jump down anything too big.
Milton: bih what?
Olli Ojala lmao true
😂
I hear you cant skate em without a shaped board
That makes literally no sense
@@joshdeveaux6936 its a joke
@@Yamabluemt I love you though
yo this guy can really sell a product. I saw this video and already had my pair 2 weeks later
Lmao i watched this review and bought mines 7 to 8 months ago but never skated them lmao
@@randyshephard8257 aw why not
And how did you like them? Good bordfeeling and durability etc. ?
i always come back to this video because i love this guys style
The style of riding this guys does is so satisfying ang unique
Who is that guy ? Super stylish and good skater
@huntre
“Not good for jumping down anything big”
Milton Martinez: hold my banga
ive had these shoes for almost 2 years and they are still in tact
Nice
Skating every day?
Cons should do this canvas backed suede ctas pro again, this shoe was great. Really don't know why they ignore this shoe and go for suede only
Is the shoe this guy is skateing in the vid canvas or suede
@@angelbarron4463 The shoes in the video are suede. 👍
@@tacticsboardshop ohh ok thanks I was just asking bc the shoes on the website look very diff then the ones he’s skateing but I think it’s just bc they have white laces!thanks tho!!
does anyone know if these tend to wear out faster than other shoes? i feel like the material is real light.. but for the price.. idk
one of my favorite reviews cool guy
"not for jumping big spots"
milton martinez...
he prob uses insoles
Wqterr he probably skates in shoes :(
AGUANTE ARGENTINA
louie lopez doing switch 180 down a 12 stair in cons.
fun shoe! every trick i land in those i felt so proud!
Yeah i need these but.... have to wait a year tho o really have to skate my current shoes for at least 7 months
I got a pair of converse at the beginning of janurary, like a week ago i got my first skateboard so i was wondering if i could wear these while skating so I didnt have to buy new shoes 😅
I wear size 12 and I got an 11 in these and they still feel a little big, converse are weird
GFEAST they are weird but it takes time to break in I’ve switched from vans and that was honestly the best choice ever converse last longer
They go off UK sizing, which is 1 size below US size. Sometimes the sizing can even be 1.5->2 sizes different! You think cause nike own cons now they would be the same? :(
i usually use cons and i switch to vans its feels weird about vans sizing haha
Super narrow
I love Cons but I always need to order a full size down when I buy them
He looks kind of like a swag dude nice review
this guy needs to do more reviws
I love these shoes and wear them all the time but never skate in them. I find them way to narrow and never feel like my feet are firmly planted on the board. But to each their own.
BEST SKATE SHOE IVE SKATED
These shoes look sick! And i think it was honestly on me, but the toe section completely blew out on me. The shoe turned into a mouth lmao. The rubber under part separated from the part above it. My feet would be in pain but not sure if that’s for everyone .
Man where can I find wheels like tho ones he skated
Good review and skating
Guys there was another review on these but it came out a long time ago with two twin brothers did I guys delete it it had a nice beat in the intro I’m trynna find it the beat was like a penny for you’re thoughts
converse soles wear down pretty fast. if you do a lot of heel stops you have the sole letting go of under ruber layer
i wear size mens 10's, white, look good and i got extra laces in the box
Review the SK8 Hi Pro, there's literally no review for the shoe on youtube
Batowl Knight not the best durability
Got a hole within my first couple weeks of skating, like the other guy said, durability is not great. However, they feel amazingly comfortable and supportive. If you can get them cheap I can definitely recommend them. In the UK you can usually find a pair for £30 at tk maxx, bargain imo.
identity no way tj maxx has the pros
Batowl Knight i dont know how but unlike them my vans lasted pretty well but i ripped the rubber like an idiot
My favorite shoes. Try them and u'll either love em or hate em. The non-pros are cool too. If u skate pool, I'd say those are the go-to shoes
Just bought a pair from tactics
Dude I love these shoes but they feel so wierd to skate it's so hard to do flip tricks
this guy has insane style
came to see if you could skate in converse. stayed for your skate style and jazz music.
The shoes I like are LAKAI, bit need to try convers, Adidas, I like for back shoes are Vans Half cabs, vans Hi Top and Nike SBs, right now I'm riding Nike AF1
Do a jack purcell pro!
Please do a DC Kalis Vulc wear test.
Man, that is a THICC board!! What brand is that deck from?
Also, the converse skate series is a definite a fave, before I tried on the CONS I was skating Vans and Air Jordan shoes. Though, personally, I think the sizing is HELLA wonky on every Converse shoe. I bought a size 8 Chuck Taylor Pro Hi and it was HUGE on my foot. Before that, I got the Louie Lopez model which was (and still is) DOPE.
Probably a polar or a fancy lad
That was actually a Tactics deck! www.tactics.com/tactics/leisure-league-series-95-cruiser-skateboard-deck/golf-bowling-ping-pong
You hit the nail right on the head! The Chucks definitely run notoriously big, but the Louie Lopez Pros are similar in sizing with most other brands. Cheers! - Tim
Any info on the boards ridden in this clip?
So the deck in the very first clip was a Tactics Cruiser deck : www.tactics.com/tactics/leisure-league-series-95-cruiser-skateboard-deck/golf-bowling-ping-pong
The board with the yellow grip was a H-Street Matt Hensley Kingsize Reissue deck, and the popsicle was a Tactics x Creature Collab deck that we had a while back.
Yeah cons really needs to step up on their sole manufacturing, for me vans and nike sb have the best soles and last a good year, but cons falls apart after months of shoe stopping your board (I live in a really hilly city)
Nike owns converse they should bring back the lunar insoles those were the best
Thnx budski!😎
1:33 owww 🤕
1:14 what pants is the skater wearing? they look so cool
Those are double knee dickies
What insoles should I get if I am skating stairs or big drops for this shoe
Most aftermarket insoles work well. The FootPrint insoles are amazing. 👍
www.tactics.com/insoles
I love you hunter. I just love you.
What size trucks is he riding in the first clip on the ping pong cruiser ???
I think they're Ace 66's trucks.
If I wear 11.5 in vans should I get these in 11 or a little lower?
Yes, it's known that Converse run notoriously big. Many skaters go a full size down so they can get that nice snug fit. - Tim
do these fit just like the ctas pro hi tops?
Yep!
I love it 💖
I'm thinking about buying converse all star Chuck Taylor M3310C and I've been hearing complaints from people and also videos on converse shoes falling apart after 2 to 3 months of usage. I'm hesitant to buy it now i need to hear from some more people what are their experiences with all star hi tops, how has it been, are they holding up? I don't want to waste money on a shoe that will only last me a couple months
The high tops won't last any longer than the low tops, and pretty much all vulcanized skate shoe will deteriorate after a few months of skating without any preemptive shoe goo or maintenance. Cupsole shoes will last longer because they're constructed with a single piece on the bottom rather than separate pieces melded together with the foxing tape. However if you're not going to be skating in the Chucks, they will last you a super long time. I hope that helps! - Tim
@@tacticsboardshop thanks for the reply, I'm mainly planning to wear it go college.
Off-topic question but what are those pants at 2:26?
Haha, you're good! 😄 Those are the Polar Surf Pants. Cheers! - Tim
www.tactics.com/polar-skate-co/the-surf-pants
@@tacticsboardshop Thank you
What hard wheels was he using and the size?
I believe those are OJ Elite Hardlines. I pretty sure he's rocking the 55mm. - Tim
www.tactics.com/oj/elite-hardline-skateboard-wheels/white-gold-99a
Just go a whole size down and put ur insoles and they fit perfect
Amazing for style and the way they make you think when you look down at your feet! Problem is they are one of the only shoes left not redesigned for skating
they are redesigned dummy
yea man these are specifically designed for skating
tf is this comment
Why’s he so good
What's the difference between the chuck Taylor pro and the ctas pro
They're the same thing, CTAS is just an acronym for Chuck Taylor All Star Pro, which is just a lot of syllables! 😄 Cheers! -Tim
Nothing these ones are just an updated version of the other ones but they’re all the same just different insoles
1 month???? I just got a JP Pro and after two (2) sessions the suede has a hole in the ollie area. Love how they feel but I can’t buy a new shoe every week.
That's why I fw Vans pros more, they're tougher but have that similar feel, and I think they're more comfortable too. Those new Rowan Pros are sick af
@@FrackaLacka I just picked up a pair of DC Evan's lo zero, but vans pro are def on my radar.
What grip is at 2:24? Looks sick!
Just red spraypaint.
R thes kicks good for vert?
yup
What brand is the yellow board?
The board with the yellow grip was the H-Street Matt Hensley King-Size Reissue deck. 9.75 wide I'm pretty sure. - Tim
@@tacticsboardshop thank you
Do a review on the emerica winkowski👊🏼👊🏼🙏🏻❤️
Here's the weartest on the Emerica Omen. It's not the Winkowski colorway but it's the same shoe, just without the rubber ollie pad. Winkowski's first Omen colorway was Suede, but his newer version is canvas. - Tim
ruclips.net/video/iAFO9MbgWoU/видео.html
2:24 that trick is fucked 👏
Loved
wait they stretch in time?
Most skate shoes will stretch out a bit and mold to to your foot as you break them in. That's why a lot of skaters like to get shoes that fit pretty tight at first, because when they stretch out after breaking in, they'll fit perfect. 👍
This dudes style is cool. I almost went and bought Chuck's hahahaha
i wear 11 and i got 11s and they feel nice cuz i got used to them.
What kinda wheels was he riding?
I'm pretty sure he was rocking the OJ Hot Juice cruiser wheels. www.tactics.com/oj/cruiser-wheels
The hard wheels I think are the OJ Hardline Elite wheels. www.tactics.com/oj/hard-skateboard-wheels
When you're skating cruiser wheels, it's crazy how your spot radar opens up to the possibilities! Cheers! - Tim
Just one question. How many cones did you hoof before recording this video? You look MEGA RIPPED bro!!!
What board is he riding
The deck in the very first clip was a Tactics Cruiser deck : www.tactics.com/tactics/leisure-league-series-95-cruiser-skateboard-deck/golf-bowling-ping-pong
The board with the yellow grip was a H-Street Matt Hensley Kingsize Reissue deck, and the popsicle was a Tactics x Creature Collab deck that we had a while back. I think thats all of them lol. - Tim
All star Life
what skater
i go full size down man
👍👍👍👍👍
i thought that camera was done for! 0:43
Luckily it just hit the handle!
@@tacticsboardshop ah good. i also have a question, what wheels he was using on his cruiser?
@@3jsu5 I do believe that those are the OJ Hot Juice wheels. - Tim www.tactics.com/oj/cruiser-wheels
@@tacticsboardshop thanks!
this man have a part?
blush and 456 look them up
These are the best shoes to fuck up, hands down. They’re $50 for a reason.
90*
We have Polish Band sa called company "Firma" and they don't like quallity of that brand.😂
I collect converse from harm any pairs you don't want let me know
Dankpods music!!!!
anyone know the skaters name? love his style
Hunter Harper! 🔥🔥🔥
Converse and Vans never did it for me. Need it to be thicc. Haven't been downtown in a bit, seems tempting now that there isn't any people and cars around.
Dankpods music lol
Am I the only one who gets blisters on their heels from these shoes?
yeah same it hurts
I feel like these have crappy grip and the flick is too narrow for tech stuff
naturally dude testing the chucks skates a ton of shaped boards
son? for a skate video pls
orangutanubanging on my chest monke song
of course his name is hunter
these are prone to toe drag
They don’t last “months of skaten” psssh tell Nike’s slaves to add more glue and stitches there soles crap out so quick
New insoles are garbage I don’t like em. Liked the lunarlon more
if you have wide feet don't get them
I have the normal one's the Converse chuck Taylor and they hurt me on top of my feet on the last little finger after day wearing idk what to do. You think it will be worth for me when i buy insole or not...
Such shoes in my place are sold in general markets and are one of the cheapest, lowest of quality shoes you can find. Cannot imagine how can somebody call this a "skate shoe", do not like these - prefer to ride some real skate shoes like Emerica, Lakai or Etnies for example.
These are not the regular model these are the pro
Therse are the pro skate version. They actually skate amazing and last a long time. I’ve skated maybe 9 pairs now. Only thing i dislike is they stopped using nike’s lunarlon insoles and swapped them for the nike zoom ones which i personally dont like. Aside from that, still my favourite shoe to skate
@@HypnoSkateboarding Now the Pro CONS come with the CX Foam insoles which are Polyurethane and don't have the Zoom Air Unit in them. I feel like they're better than the zoom insoles and they don't pack out as much. They're still pretty thin so you'll still feel it on a stair set. - Tim
this guy looks 19 and 43 at the same time
Basically don’t buy these shoes.
Looking for a review? Go back to the 70s early 80s..no wonder why skateboarding is dead...friggin devolution...let's go back to the first skater shoe ever!.
I hate these shoes
