Hello All, We have been waiting for your response to our complaint for over a month now. My jeep trailhawk top model is parked at your Okhla service station for about a month. My car is under warranty of three years and extension warranty I purchased for two year. Earlier we have clearly mentioned to you all the problems that I have been facing from the first day itself. There are multiple manufacturing defects in the jeep and the repair falls under the warranty period, still, there have been many delays. I am not able to understand the reasons for the delay in services. We request you to please provide us solution immediately, Try to solve my problem as quickly.
2 months and a week and I’m still waiting for the warranty repair transmission for my gladiator don’t buy a new jeep till they can honor their warranty’s!!!!
Was recently looking at these videos really considering getting a new Jeep but I am not so sure about the scam warranties from Jeep. I paid $5K in 2012 for a Lifetime Warranty and my Jeep Grand Cherokee sits at the dealership right now on 6/22/2022 with me having to pay over $600.00 in Emission components that should not wear and tear. It seems like every time I take my Jeep in for problems with recalls and non-wear and tear defects, I end up footing the bill. The scary part is how the dealer sounds certain parts are not covered, then not certain, then certain. I am tired of the run-around. This is not a good look.
Jeep, Do you care if your vehicles wake your neighbors up night after night after night with Hooooonkinnng Locking? If you dont, why not? It doesnt have to be this way. Would you want to be woken up continually? Please Waaaaay lower the volume? Thank you.
We saved for our dream vehicle, and when we saw the Jeep Wagoneer we knew that was the one for us We spent over $100k on our dream car, only for it to be an awful vehicle. In fact, this is the worst vehicle we’ve ever purchased. It’s left us stranded on the road out of town twice, had to be towed 3 times, the moon roof leaked twice and the entire roof interior had to be replaced, the cruise control malfunctioned causing the vehicle to rapidly accelerate (the cruise control buttons did not work to cancel or slow down) the screens regularly blank, Bluetooth does not connect, 4 no starts, constant errors causing the the system to glitch (which cause the vehicle to stop working) and it’s been in the shop 60 days of the 6 mos we’ve owned this vehicle. The customer support/Jeep warranty, and dealership have all been abismal, Terrible customer service. I sold a very well equipped, perfectly running, PAID OFF Ford Expediton that never gave us any problems. I was never worried it would leave my wife and family stranded somewhere. I’d highly advise anyone not to buy one of these vehicles.
Oh Great grats your a black car designer.. you missed the ball on the Wagoneer fyi.. it looks nothing like the original. The design standpoint is bland. And if the name wagoneer wasnt on it. I wouldnt be able to tell it from any other large suvs

The owner can turn off those sound indicators in the vehicle’s settings. The only one they need to have the dealership disable is the alarm chirp. 😂

Beware there's transmission issues in Jeeps Dodges and Chrysler minivans they all use the same FIAT transmission
Fit and finish is horrible on this SUV. Jeep should be ashamed of themselves for not giving this vehicle the attention that it deserves.
