- A look at my Volvo 1/64 scale diecast cars and trucks (3 inch), a much treasured mini-collection that I started some 35 years ago but shifted to larger scales in my teens. In 2017 I went back to basics and started collecting 1/64 scale or 3 inch vehicles again.
In this multi-brand video we look at gems by Corgi, Zylmex, Edocar, Maisto (MCToy), Welly, Dickie Toys, Tomica, Majorette, Tarmac Works, Hot Wheels and last but definitely not least Matchbox.
This video is aimed at and made for the adult collector.

Congratulations on crossing the 25K sub milestone. Perhaps it was official earlier but it seems it always said 24.9K subs. Sorry if I’m late. This was a glorious parade of Volvo. Wow, these are high priority in your collection. I thought you were kidding about them being close to the door but I don’t think you are 😁 Your Tarmac Works 850 is a beauty, as is your clean blue version. I think the Volvo Container Truck examples were my two favorites. 😉

Quite a collection of Volvos! Always love Tomica cars the most. Working doors, hoods, and hatchbacks are always a plus.
I have the 480 ES from my childhood. when i saw the Hot Wheels '90 Honda Civic in white in store at the end of 2017 it reminded me of that car so i bought it and that started my 1/64 collecting.

Some days ago, i bought a matchbox wagon 5 pack, it came with an 2002 audi rs6 avant, a ford fairlane, a odsmobile vista cruiser, a cadillac cts wagon, a 1959 chevy impala wagon and the audi, the ford and the oldsmobile came all with proper steering wheels
Wow! One hour of Volvo models... My collection of Volvos reached three pieces and they are all the 850, haha!! Very nice, CDC! :)

love those norev trucks. when i buy those second hand they always lost those tanks or battery boxes. same goes for the majorette saviem trucks. but i dont buy at swap meets and thats why yours are not damaged
True, and they're not expensive, I think I paid €1 for the yellow and €2 for the orange.

I think Majorette did a better job on the 760GLE than Matchbox did. Would love to see some more classic Volvos from Majorette since they have the licencing now.

Great selection, love the Majorette 245! The Majorette XC90 are awesome, and I hope you get that 5 pack someday! Tarmac Works BTCC 850 is great, been tempted by that one! Hot Wheels did such a good job on their Volvo wagons! I hope they do the P1800, maybe even the "Estate"! The real 480 never came to the U.S. we got the later S/V40 I didn't realize MBX did so many variations of the P1800, some very nice, love the "Saint" version. The V60s are nice. Great show my friend!
