    Thank you for posting this!
I love how Jessica Ennis-Hill was forced to miss Beijin Olympics with a nasty injury and then came back to win the World Championship in the same city after giving birth to her first son! What a great athlete!

What a great video ! I always cheer up like a little child on christmas eve when I see these long videos because I know my evening is going to be great ! Especially these multi discipline-events need a lot of runtime because there is so much nuance. A 20 minute highlight video is okay but it just does not capture the full experience. I just love this new approach of giving us large parts of the competitions :) just as much as I love the whole approach of giving us this content of past championships...my favourite RUclips Channel, such high quality content !

It's really good as well because for london 2012 you can only watch hurdles, 800m and some 200m but I cant find any other events which is really annoying but iam happy that this amazing channel had posted this competition!!! I cant find any other competitions with jessica ennis hill in them so it's amazing to watch a 2hr heptathlon video!!

After pregnancy. Speechless. 2 years lost (injury and pregnancy). And she wins it all!! Unbelievable. Best English Female Athlete ever. Not to mention she's so damn gorgeous!

Such mixed feelings at the time, watching this as a Brit. Wish it could've finished after day one! Jess Ennis-Hill was absolutely brilliant (again). Despite the pressure of being the Olympic champion, she wasn't really expected to win after missing the previous 2 years with injury and having her baby. Incredible - and great that she did it in the Birds nest after her Olympic 2008 heartbreak. But I was absolutely gutted for KJT, in such good form coming into the champs, and such a good long jumper. To foul that last huge jump so marginally and see it all crumble was so sad...
So happy when she won in Doha and hoping she can get back to her best for Budapest and Paris (and maybe Tokyo - to win there could emulate Jess here...?)

Surprise seeing Thiam in the 100mH heat 2. The commentator didn't mention what a wonderful yalent she was, despite the Euro bronze(?) she had

Hell of an improvement from Thiam to win gold the next year in Rio when she didn't even get on to the first page of names in the end result here

She is the best Belgian athlete ever if she could make it in Paris in 3 year after being already a double Olympic champion she would become for sure the Goat female athlete by far.

Why did KJT sandbag the 800 while Nwaba went all out? Both were in the same situation having gotten a 0 in an event, odd that the commentators praised both for those very different decisions.

KJT had the long jump still to compete in, so may as well save as much as she could

There is no excuse for such a long debate on whether or not a jump was good or a foul- make the damn call!! If I’d been her coach I would have been lodging a protest too- absolutely unprofessional behavior by the officials.
