If anyone on Earth can do it, I would certainly put my money on SpaceX and Elon's lofty ambitions that he always follows through on each milestone he sets. If not 2 years, then 4 years for certain.
Its a very lofty ambition. 2 years for a ship to Mars?? When is moon coming ?? How long is the flight to Mars ?? How long to build a few hundred StarShips for people and cargo ?? If alive I'll watch with great delight !!
They will need to transport several small nuclear reactors to power said Mars base. They will need heat and many other things will require power. It is an exciting time to be alive...
@@Broockle exactly too much refuelling, unless they're going to build a spaceport like in the Expanse TV series.. 😂😂. I don't trust that they'll have enough fuel to get to mars, look how quickly it burns up just to leave our atmosphere.. but we'll see...
@@richiexp2 They'll need tons of packaged food if they wanna live on Mars for 2 year intervals. And ye a nuclear reactors would really come in handy to get anything done over there.
@@Broockle MREs are gonna come in handy 😂😂. Fun fact Curiosity Rover runs on plutonium dioxide as a battery which is said last for 15 years. It's long overdue for testing on a spacecraft to see how fast it travels at least until the proper nuclear propulsion is ready IMO.
@@SpaceXtudio Ahh, that's interesting. There were too many coincidences from the style of the text to the placement of the patches and name tags to be an accident.
I believe, if he is not blocked by the Federal Government, he has a good chance to meet that Mars window. It all depends on how often he can iterate the development of the Starship and Heavy Booster design. I hope I'm around to see the landing on Mars...
Learn a lesson from a Charlie Brown comic strip many years ago - Charlie is down and tells Lucy he wishes he could just get on a bus and go live somewhere else and start over. With great wisdom and truth Lucy says to Charlie Brown - when you got off the bus you would still be the same old Charlie Brown. Fast forward to the first war on Mars - After years of human settlement efforts to establish a new home on Mars it was all negated when the first war broke out and they destroyed each other. Humans may go to a new home on Mars but the problem is they will still take their old evil ways with them. God says, "I will give you a new heart..." We must have a new heart, a new nature if we are to survive. This is what Christ speaks of when He says, "You must be born again' by the Spirit from above.

Sad thing,only 30 % of people realize this 😢
😮thank you elon for this proposal
Great video, really good quality thanks. Go Elon
Thank you sir!
He wants to launch Starship in 2026 unmanned
He's yet to prove orbital refueling is feasible.
That is coming up early next year!
Absolutely they can!!
Turn down or stop the background noise!!!
I believe with a cumulative effort we can!!!
What about 1 narcissist and dream?

ye it's not gonna happen in 2 years.
@@Broockle Yeah, not if the leftist termites in the FAA have anything to say about it.

Thinking that all these plans are not impossible is really exciting!
I am sure that he will do it.
If u had to put money on it tho?
Maybe Muskovits finally meet his unbeatable enemy. Mars can't care less of Elontime.
I don't see them doing this reliably without nuclear power, but we'll see...
Ye.... the logistics don't add up at all. They're not even on the moon yet.

Anyone else notice that he appears to be wearing a slightly modified Air Force Academy Cadet uniform jacket?
It was gifted to Elon during an event at the Air Force Academy!

MARS IS OUR ONLY SAFE SPACE IN CASE OF Disaster 🙏
A great T-shirt idea would be something like "You Had Me at Planetary Alignment". 🙂
Yes , if government doesn't get in the way
The Government is paying for it by using his rockets for NASA flights. You don’t think he’s doing it for free.

If by blocked, u mean refuse to pay a charlatan like Elon. Then I think the Government has every right to ensure their money goes to good use.
