I appreciate you showing the inside of the door, but wouldn't it have been much easier to just knock out the steel center and drill out the aluminum rivet head from the inside like on any other vehicle? No door skin removal required.
Really, REALLLY don’t tighten those bolts down that you use to replace the rivets, got em just about snug and gave on of em another 1/4 turn and my glass shattered. Great video though I’ll definitely be coming back when new glass comes in.

Yep knock out the rivot heads from the correct side 1/4 inch drill bit boom. great video though on door skin!!
Are the openings inside the door in the right place to get at the rivets with a drill?
